Entirely what I expected
I purchased from this store for the second time, and again I received a very high-quality skin for my phone. The shipping was fast, the price is entirely reasonable and the product is gorgeous. Only great things to say about these folks.

Awesome!
Wanted something different than a case and Diablo skin was perfect. They emailed me several times to update me on my order which took about a week. When it arrived, it was very easy to apply the skin and makes my phone look AWESOME!

High Quality Skins for Kindle 4th Gen
Ordered denim skin for my new kindle, kept informed of progress every step of the way. Skin came within a week which is great considering most of their products are made to order and not just picked up off a shelf. Overall I am delighted with product and service and cannot recommend diabloskinz.com highly enough.

where is my order
I ordered a phone cover on February 13th , it's now February 21st and I still have not received it. I was told around 7 days I should get it. I received an mail like 2 days ago that I should get it in probably 7 more because it's coming from the UK. What?

I'm sorry to hear you are still not satisfied but I thought I was very clear in my communication. Our website clearly states that orders should take between 7-10 working days (to the UK) Your order is going to the US, therefore it has to get there, clear customs then the local United States postal system needs to deliver it.
Unfortunately as an organisation we have no control over the post system, we are at their mercy and sometimes items do get lost.
As I explained in my email, give it another 7 days, it the item hasn't arrived we will of course sent you a replacement in the post.
However, I would like to say that I feel your 1 out of 5 score is a little harsh, as a business we have been proactive, clearly communicated to you and offered you a resolution if the item is lost. I'm not sure what else we could have done to give you a better customer service experience.

Fell in love with a piece of "Anne Marine" artwork on internet, "bubblegoth" really caught my eye and I was interested in getting a laptop skins for a while (couldn't find the right picture) then I found DiabloSkinz! Then I found out they did "bubblegoth" by Anne Marine! (double happy) So was dead excited when it came in the post today :) delivery was fantastic and quick. The skinz was out of this world amazing, great quality product, fitted my laptop well (my laptop got curved edges so it fitted really perfectly). Over all very satisfied with the company and the products they offered. I think I'll order my friend one for her birthday!. 10/10!!!

Chris,
I must say I am a little disappointed by your review and comments.
You ordered a 17 Inch laptop on Wednesday 5th Feb at around 8:20pm UK time.
On our website and emails we sent out when an order is first placed we clearly state your product will take 7-10 working days.
You live in the USA your item was shipped standard Royamail Airmail (the service you paid for) on Friday 7th.
It's been less than 5 working days and you are leaving me negative feedback about the order.
What really frustrates me is your email you sent personally into the business which I quote "It would be nice if I actually received my product but, alas, I cannot be truly chuffed only extraordinarily disappointed. I guess you all took a piss on this order."
I can assure you that none of my team have been for a pee on your order. In fact we print and shipped it 2 days after you originally placed it.
No doubt you were too busy to read the emails we automatically send you to let you know that your order was shipped and that it will take up to 10 days as we don't personally own a Tardis and can deliver it to you before you ordered it.
Hopefully it will arrive next week smelling as fresh as a daisy.
BTW sorry to hear that you haven't had a pleasant experience with Diabloskinz but I am struggling to understand how I could have got it to you any quicker.

I'm sorry to hear you are not 100% satisfied with your product but I must say I am a little confused.
You said that the product does not represent what is shown on the website? We sent you a full wrap case for the Samsung Galaxy S4 is that not what you received? We sell 100's of these cases and you are the first person to say that you feel the product is cheap and plastic.
If you look at other reviews from other customers you can see they are very satisfied with the products.
Maybe I can ask what you were expecting?
Obviously from my perspective you are you not happy then please send you case back to me and I will issue you a full refund.

My daughter was very excited when I let her buy one of these Diablo skinz for her kindle fire HD. They are a bit more expensive than the one's on Amazon and Ebay but as her kindle is one of the new one's the choice was limited.
Here on Diablo Skinz she had about 10 pages to choose from, she finally settled on the one she wanted. I did say if it was ok I would buy one for her tablet and laptop, (me and my big mouth). Well I can only say that I wouldn't use any other site now.
Communication - second to none, every step of the process was documented by email with a lot of humour attached (so missing from other sites, humour made us feel welcome), and we knew exactly when to expect delivery.
Delivery - Arrived 3 days after ordering. Quicker than Concorde.
Transaction Process - Easy Peasy.
Price - A bit more expensive than other sites, BUT
Quality - Oh my god the quality was fantastic, nice thick laminate, so easy to move about and position correctly, the picture was so sharp and the colours so bright. Sod the price it was worth every penny.
Will I be back - You bet I will, we have 4 laptops, 4 tablets, 2 older kindles and 1 fire HD and they will all benefit from a coat of colour.
I cannot praise this company enough, they did exactly what it said on the tin. Well done Diablo Skinz
