Everything came as expected! And shipping was incredibly fast. From England to the US in about a week. Also, best price for the watch I bought anywhere on the internet with free shipping. I would highly reccomend.

good design as expected, but it was hard to build without instructions! we expect simple design, not too simple instruction!!! It was also difficult the steel bars to get through the bands.

With absolutely no expectation that I would be helped in any way, I contacted Customer Service at Dezeen and told them about my disappointment. The response was prompt, helpful, and completely non-judgmental. I was given clear instructions about how to return the item, and within a week of the return, my purchase price was fully refunded. The entire transaction was easy, professional and unexpected. I am very impressed.

Love the watch, but feel I was cheated on price of the watch.
Price on ad said 137 pounds (?) euros (?)
When I received my credit bill, I was charged $173.00 plus a $5.95 charged out of the country fee.
If you are going to advertise in America, your price should be in dollars.
I like several other of your watches but being burned once, I will not order again.
