This financial services company accepted my application before two twice and then all of sudden you rejected my account without explanations without giving further details each time,through hiding details,as my business decision & to reserve my full Rights,I have to decided to write a critics and feedback about your improper inadequate inefficient and crippled SERVICES,I need to warn all other people in case if they opt for your company ,they will face such impotent peculiar improperly managed services and the the company s compliance department might reject their application without proper explanations..They should not waste time with such arrogant improper inadequate insignificant services of this unfortunate company...I will continue to share my experiences with all other people to help their enlightenment and also help them not to risk their money .it could be risky to use the services of this company for our money because,when my account was operational twice before,I found that the customer services are troubled not sufficient..also their services were expensive..it had quite high fees ..I strongly suggest to stay away from this ..it is simply headache with their services..I am sure you can find much better one on the net ..

Phishing app scam, beware!

After frequently using my account all over the Christmas period, Vault decided to close my account entirely, without any notice or warning, despite still having over £300 in the account. They said the account was closed as dormant, even though I used it everyday. This was 3 weeks ago and I am still awaiting a solution. I still do not have access to my account and cannot spend my own money. I have sent numerous emails over the last 3 weeks and I have received one reply. Absolutely disgusting customer service. DeVere are a bunch of scammers anyway, I should have known to steer clear!

I found service good until card renewal, then inconvenience due to card being cancelled at time of renewal request, then very long delay to get new card.

after 1 year my subscriber closed the account without explaining the reason. I sent them that they asked for my document but they asked me to withdraw my money to close my account. They did not explain to me why they made this decision. I did not hide anything, I was honest in my answers. I gave them my personal and banking details. Unacceptable customer treatment !!! Not recommended

One of the very few Mobile e-wallets that allow you to issue a companion card for family members. Very useful especially if you have kids and want to start their financial education early on!

Rates are not as good as in other alternatives... They don't have a real time FX rate. Also their app crashes often..the swift or sepa transactions are the highest I've seen..even higher than normal street Banks
