DestinaHolidays Arvostelua

Because the book was successful and they call me back later to be sure it was me that book it and then provide me with my travel details I will recommend them

At first I was having difficulties fixing a layover. I was very worried my layover was NOT long enough for me to make a connecting flight. Then I spoke to Nadeem. He is great.
I HIGHLY recommend asking for Nadeem. He was extremely helpful & went above & beyond. He made me feel 100% more comfortable & confident about my trip. He even provided his contact information so I could contact him at any point during my trip. Nadeem is the only reason Destina Holidays gets a 5 Star review from me.
Thank you Nadeem!!

Customer service gave very fast feedback with good updates.

The deal we got was very good. And I liked that the service representative called me for confirmation. I really appreciated this kind of service that you can talk to a real person for customer service.

Quick service in booking and really professional.

First time booking air tickets on DestinaHolidays and was able to get it done quickly. Very efficient, the website is easy to use, the ticket price seemed good too as I tried several other flight tickets booking sites, the price I found on DestinaHolidays was the best.

I was skeptical at first but was pleasant surprised by the service. It was accurate, speedy, and hassle free. I got a really good deal and got confirmation within a few hours. Highly recommended!

Until recently, Destina Holidays was unknown to me.
When searching for a cheap ticket for 5 people to Miami, I received a message from Desina Holiday.
Very quickly, from the Netherlands, through constant email contact, we received the tickets.
Betty, thank you very much for your service. You were customer-friendly and focused on our wishes.
Especially the quick email exchanges.

LA PIRE EXPÉRIENCE D'ACHAT QUE J'AI EU ET JE SUIS UN VOYAGEUR AVERTI! J'AI ACHETÉ UN BILLET AVEC EUX LE 03 NOVEMBRE 2024 POUR ME FAIRE DIRE LE LENDEMAIN QUE LE PRIX AVAIT AUGMENTÉ ET QUE J'AI LE CHOIX D'ACCEPTER L'AUGMENTATION OU D'ANNULER MON VOYAGE. CROYEZ MOI QUE J'AI EU UNE HAUSSE DE TENSION LA MEME MINUTE ALORS QUE J'AVAIS DÉJA PLANIFIÉ MES VACANCES. JE NE RECOMMANDE À PERSONNE !!

YOU ARE BETTER TO NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. IM USE TO TRAVEL, BUT THE EXPERIENCE TO BUY A TICKET TODAY AND TO BE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SAY THAT THE PRICE INCREASED AND YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE TO BUY IT OR LEAVE...  IT 'S NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT A SCAM!!!!! I DO NEVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!

I had to call three times to resolve my issues, and while each customer service representative I spoke with was doing their job, they didn’t seem particularly friendly or enthusiastic. I don’t mean to flatter, but I expected a warmer experience.

A little hiccup with payment processing but everything was fixed relatively easily and quickly. Had to end up using Zelle to send my payment, but nearly immediately got my order confirmation once it was sent!

Awesome first time!

Le seul contre, c'est que si vous proposez votre service au Canada, il vous faut du personnel qui parle français.

I like it. Customer service is very good and timely.

Great price. Excellent and timely service. Would definitely use again for flights.

Booked my tickets and never got my tickets through my email, I have to call them so many times to see what happened, they said they were calling me to confirm information so they can issued my tickets, I was out of country and don't have open calls, every time I bought my airline tickets they charge it to my credit card, It was so frustrated to be calling to see if they will issue my tickets to make sure I will travel the indicated day.

My experience with Destina was flawless!
I would highly recommend them.

World class service!

Good price and good service
