We are happy with the package
We are happy with the package. Minor disturbance in that I booked it for my son, and you had to challenge the name on the credit card vs. name of passenger. I understand that; minor inconvenience of time spent.

Dear Carrie,
Thank you for your valuable 4-star review of Destina Holidays. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with the package you booked.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding the verification process when the traveler's name differed from the credit card holder's name. We completely understand that this added a minor inconvenience and took some of your time.
We want to assure you that this cautious approach is in place due to the risk of credit card chargebacks, especially for travel booked within 45 days of departure. Our priority is to protect both our customers and our business from potential fraudulent activities. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
We look forward to serving you again in the future.
Best regards,
Destina Holidays

Really excellent experience
I was concerned that the price seemed impossibly low for my daughter’s flight from Europe to the US, but indeed the flight was booked with ease, and the airline confirms that her tickets have been issued. The phone call to confirm the name of the person traveling, the route, and the final price was also a nice touch. It’s so rare to get a phone call from an human instead of a message from an AI bot these days. Wonderful experience and will absolutely use Destina Holidays again.
