I bought a brand new Omoda 9 Noble from Connor at the Norwich branch. Absolutely excellent service, he knew the car inside out, no pressure to buy, did a very competitive deal when I was ready. The handover was superb, everything explained in detail and a 2nd handover offered for 2 weeks later to answer any other questions.
I would recommend both the dealership and Connor as trustworthy and prepared to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

New Car Handover
Have always had a good experience at the Norwich Branch and if I've had any issues they have always been happy to help.

Your sales exec was superb
Your sales exec. Alex was first class. Friendly, professional and very helpful. The whole process was quick and trouble free. Our new car was immaculate and a joy to drive away.
One small point which I think would have made the experience a little better would have been to fit the car with some mats. It was a little spartan in that regard. But we love the car and would not hesitate to recommend your company to others.

The Kings Lynn dealership attempted to…
The Kings Lynn dealership attempted to fix a slow puncture, but the plug they fitted still had a removable cover on and the tyre continued to deflate.
This could have caused a serious accident if the tyre had blown out at speed. I have an ATS report about it.
The 2 front tyres ATS say will need replacing in 2000miles,a quarter of their expected life.

We’re very sorry to read about your experience following the puncture repair carried out before delivery of your vehicle from our King’s Lynn dealership. We completely understand how concerning a tyre issue can feel and would like to sincerely apologise for this.
Having looked into this internally, it appears the puncture repair to the rear tyre may not have sealed correctly due to a protective layer not being removed from the plug. This was our mistake, and we have offered to cover the cost of the subsequent repair as a gesture of goodwill. We’re also reviewing our internal procedures to make sure this does not happen again.
Regarding your comments about the front tyres, we are currently retrieving the original vehicle condition report to verify the tread depths at the point of sale. We take safety very seriously and want to ensure everything is as it should be.
We again sincerely apologise for the error and we would really appreciate the chance to speak with you directly on this matter if you could email feedback@desiragroup.com

Incorrect parts installed but happy to take your money
I contacted Nissan Desira in Norwich in July after my drivers side door handle snapped. I arranged to have this replaced by their team and due to the colour of my car paid extra to have the handle painted prior to replacement. I paid immediately and was assured they would contact me once the painting had been completed. It took me chasing this to arrange the replacement after nearly 3 weeks. After having it replaced and arriving home, I was shocked to find it was a plain white handle. I returned to the show room and they stated that something had gone wrong in the process of arranging the painting of the handle and assured me that they would be in contact to rectify this. It has now been 6 weeks and I have had no correspondence regarding this. I sent an email to the company last Thursday ( regarding the handle and another matter that I am also not happy with) and have had no response, just radio silence. The fact that I paid over £250 for this and no one has had the courtesy to call or email, has made me re think using the company again. I will be following up with another email and including Nissan Uk head office this time. I am far from impressed. Such bad customer service, especially for someone who has a service plan with them and has used their services on numerous occasions.

If you buy second-hand from this dealer…
If you buy second-hand from this dealer make sure you do thorough checks on the car.
I was unlucky to buy a car that had major faults. One of which I highlighted a few days after purchase, but was not dealt with correctly which caused additional problems a few months later.
Remember your consumer rights - return before 30 days, or certainly make them aware.
Don’t buy the AutoProtect warranty on non Desira marque cars, as you will chase your own tail trying to find a repairer who is prepared to do the work.
Having bought a new car from them previously I expected a bit more empathy and loyalty, but they just don’t care.
The man we bought the car from was persona non grata the last couple of times we brought the car in for discussion.
It was like trying to find, “Where’s Wally,” and don’t expect a reply to any email you send him either.
Overall, I expected better from a reputable dealer, but alas, I was sadly let down.
One plus point, the older guy on the service desk was the most helpful person there.

Dreadful customer service
I called who I thought was my local dealership for help after a service they had carried out. This turned out to be a call centre who gave me the wrong number for my local dealership. Eventually I tried to call the dealership , no reply so I left a message on the answering service after a wonderful message telling me how fabulous customer service was, no one called back all day. Tried calling the service team numerous times, no one answered. I then spoke to the service desk who promised to get the service team to call me back, three days later, no one has called. This company have atrocious customer service, avoid them.
