Derma Beauty Clinic Arvostelua 

I had a procedure done back in 2022. I paid for 300ml for a liquid bbl, however due to skin tightness only half was put in. I was still charged the full price of 300ml even though in the end only around 150ml was used. I did not notice this till I got home.
The procedure it’s self went well but the aftercare was poor. I was told before leaving I will receive a email regarding aftercare, (cleaning, sleeping on it etc). After waiting a few days (of no proper aftercare) I emailed them just to be told aftercare is found on their website.
A few days into healing one of my incisions would not close/heal and I emailed expressing my worry and asking if they would recommend I take a shower with an incision thats is still open. I also asked if it would be okay to take antibiotics for toothache, finally days later I finally got a response saying it’s was okay. I had suffer in pain and worry for days. A few days later I emailed again apologising for feeling like a nuisance but explaining my worry and anxiety over my incision still not healing like the other incision have. I expressed my concern of an infection and pain in the incision area. I did not get no reply back and still to this day no one from that company has followed up to check on my healing or wellbeing of a procedure they done.
Luckily for me it healed fine in the end but I am aware if it was infected derma beauty clinic would not have cared. They told me the day of having the procedure that if I had any problems to not hesitate to contact them, but when I did I was ignored. The poor aftercare made me feel more anxious and not respected as a paying customer. Earlier this year I wrote a review on google about my experience and have just realised it has been removed, which is why I am now writing a review on Trustpilot.
I feel it’s important for people who are paying thousands of pounds for a procedure, that can be quiet scary, should go somewhere where there well-being is care for and are respected and treated well, before and after receiving their services.

I got a liquid BBL I paid 5000$ for 200mls in my hip dips. I’m now a month after the procedure and the initial results are gone.
I wish I could include pictures, I’m really disappointed. The procedure was painful and the aftercare was time consuming.

I had my procedure done in April 2023, the customer service was really nice. But unfortunately, that's were the positive feedback ends.

There wasn't much Information provided in regards what to expect aside from the "fluff" period after two weeks where you should gain extra plumpiness.
Two weeks came and not only was there no "fluff" I quickly noticed once swelling had disappeared that I had no results.
I emailed my concerns to the email address provided on their website/Instagram and the person who runs their website.
Week after week I emailed, I messaged the administrator in whatsapp who just kept saying she had flagged it to management.
Week after week I emailed my concerns with my lack of results because tbh the procedure isn't cheap and to be basically left to it after the fact is crazy.
I finally got a response a little after 4 months (and I emailed weekly) saying they were sorry I wasn't happy with my results (no acknowledgement of the fact it took them 4 month's to respond) and i should send in pictures and a video. I responded that very same day.
That was 3 months ago and I have emailed weekly, contacted them via whatsapp at which the administrator says there isn't much they can do as it's with management.

What is going on??? I have been patient, but this is ridiculous now and unfair. To spend money with your business and not be given the courtesy of checking in with your client, especially when they have concerns is maddening.

I have never experienced customer service like this or lack of.

It's so disappointing and I'm sitting here with zero to show for it no results and ££££ down.

Update: I had written the above yesterday and sent a message via whatsapp to the administrator who's replied saying that in order to get the results I wanted I would need sessions. Now I'm aware that if you want major results you will need a few sessions. However, my issue is that I have no results from the first session to begin with. I am yet to get a response (of course)!

What an amazing place, I’ve always seen their before and afters & couldn’t believe it- but this place really helps women gain their confidence back. The master injector from England is top notch, high class service all the way. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Upon arriving at the clinic in Essex which was the 17th of July 2023, I used the toilet and it had build up of wee residue around the toilet, spider webs everywhere and the injector was lovely butttttttt I had the worst infection after getting the liquid bbl which then started the 19th of July 2023. The after care was terrible, I sent them my pictures and symptoms (which was purulent pus drainage ) because of serious infection, convulsions, fever, severe pain, headache, rapid heartbeat, and I couldn’t walk for 5 days and they told me “I’ll contact the injector and get back to you” and would not get back to me. I had to run them down. Then I had to admit myself to A&E, after waiting for 23 hours to be seen by the surgeon, he told me I have an abscess and I will need 2 maybe more incisions to have all the filler and the abscess cavity cleaned. 🤯 at this point I’m crying and begging to just please pop me on antibiotics and give me some time to see if it clears up. Luckilyyyyyy it did! After the wound oozed for 2+ weeks, I have terrible bruising in the area that I’m hoping will go away. Please anybody else that experience like this and share your experience! The world needs to know UPDATE: because they replied with the most nonsense I’ve ever seen.
My doctor verified it was an abscess.
The bruising (that I still have right now typing this review) was caused by that said abscess. My left bum cheek is literally still black and blue and I still get weird pains. PLEASE RESEARCH WHAT AN ABSCESS IS! You don’t seem educated enough to be having people in your “clinic”.
My oozing started 2 days after.
I also had to ask for aftercare. None was sent to me. Your aftercare stated “leave bandages on for 24 hours after treatment” which I did. And then the next day when the severe pain started is when the oozing started.
I followed the aftercare but clearly whatever I was injected with was unsanitary and my body then responded to that. It seems you don’t ever want to take accountability for any of the complaints you’ve faced but YOU WILL TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY ON THIS MATTER AND MY LAWYER WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOUR DIRTY FILTHY CLINIC!

ANOTHER UPDATE. Almost 2 months and my liquid bbl has disappeared. As in my hip dips are back like before and my shape is back to pre procedure. 🤦🏽‍♀️
So I’ve wasted my money, endured pain and suffered tremendously as a result of the liquid bbl.
A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Extremely professional and high grade medical treatment from Derma Beauty this week. I was treated by Rachel who was not only such a sweet girl but also extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Medical safety is at the core of all treatments here and all aftercare explained well. My fillers are still settling but I would absolutely recommend this clinic and would not go anywhere else for a liquid BBL. I would love to come back and add more volume once I’m healed. I cancelled my appointment weeks before and they dont refund any of it. Even though someone can book for my time now, they take thousands of dollars from people and wont give any of it back no matter how early you cancel the appointment. Absolutely awful

Love my results :) Rachel and her team are so kind and caring they really looked after me I was so nervous as never had any filler before and they took such good care of me. My results are insane already considering more mls to go even bigger.

The worst experience ever with this clinic! They stole my money and i didn’t get anything for it! Don’t make any deposit! They will keep it even when you can’t do the treatment because of sickness or so. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
