Shocking product. No customer service. Dangerous electric faults. Do not get the dentalbeam toothbrush.

Cannot get hold of this company. Device stopped charging. Only had it for 6 weeks. If you have same problem try holding on off button in for 3 seconds. The problem is UV light doesn't switch off so depletes battery. Fully charge your battery, switch on and after use switch off. Good luck ! Very frustrating

It cleaned my teeth adequately for about a week (silicone bristles meant to be changed every 2-3 months), but only when I repeatedly focused on areas, total cleaning time = 5 mins. Then stopped charging completely. Have been unable to reach out to company for refund (I bought a 2 year guarantee). Extremely disappointing.

The website has gone offline and the support email address no longer works.
The device worked for me for a couple of weeks, and then refused to charge, heating up dramatically. Having read the reviews here (should have done that first) I knew I was not going to get a refund, so I dismantled the device. The solenoid that makes it vibrate is connected to the circuit board with bare copper wires. Positive and negative are basically laid alongside each other and touch. It's a miracle it ever worked. It is certainly not something I would want to put in my mouth again.

Item arrived in an unbranded box, only found contact details for the company through PayPal as nothing on their website.
Does not work as described, very blunt replies from the company stating I can't return as per t's & c's.Despite this being false advertising!
Although I was offered a £20 refund, I refused this hand haven't had a reply from them since. Now pursuing PayPal for help to get my money back

Do not buy Dentasmile One. Provides a very inadequate teeth clean, doesn’t remove food particles or dental plaque, much less effective than a traditional electric toothbrush.
When I raised this to customer services they were rude and unhelpful and refused to provide a refund despite the product not providing the function advertised. Do not waste your money on this useless item.

Bought it, tried it, USELESS. Don’t buy it, they don’t work and definitely don’t even remotely clean your teeth or gums. Doesn’t work for people with braces either. Customer service respond quickly, but only to tell you that you cannot get a refund. Waste of money.

Please please don’t buy from this company. I received my teeth cleaner and it is pathetic. I could have cleaned them better with my finger.

So disappointed!!! It says your teeth should feel super clean, mine felt as if I hadn't brushed them at all. Please do not buy this product...total waste of money 😒

Ordered one of these items through a link on Facebook. On closer inspection, despite claiming UK stock and fulfilment in a specified timeframe, there is no UK address on the website for the company and whilst the order sat at the ‘processing’ with an address in China listed for fulfilment on the Shop order listing I asked for a refund.

This was a farce as they variously claimed orders are processed immediately (it was showing as ‘processing’). When it was pointed out that UK consumer law allows the cancellation of an order within 14 days and in any case certainly prior to dispatch. This began an argument were I received abuse via email from this firm an was told ‘this is how we deal with people like you’ before being made illegal refund offers that were less than the cost of the product. Stood firm, and was refunded.

Their site lists a number of practices which are extremely questionable under UK consumer law regarding returns, refunds and cancellations which alone is enough to avoid this company. The line ‘all returns are to be made to our international returns centre with postage paid by the customer’ is the kicker given this will undoubtedly be the company in China they are drop shipping from and postage alone will be more costly than any likely refund.
