Very Disappointed
I’m honestly sad to have to leave a negative review, especially as my initial experience was very welcoming and the staff were friendly throughout the process.
In February this year, I had 24 crowns fitted. The initial treatment process went smoothly and I was initially happy with the shape and colour of the results. However, since having them fitted, I have returned three times for checks because they have never felt right.
I am now in constant pain and experience ongoing sensitivity. I struggle to eat properly, and it often feels like food or debris is getting trapped underneath. My gums are frequently inflamed and sore. Despite raising these concerns repeatedly, I feel like my symptoms are being dismissed or treated as if they are “in my head,” which has been very upsetting.
Although I have been back three times, I had to pay on each visit. Despite being told there was a warranty and that the crowns would be removed and redone as a redesign. Instead, only minor adjustments were made, which would temporarily improve things, but the pain always returned shortly after.
Communication has also been very poor. Despite multiple messages and complaints over the past three months, I have been largely ignored and am still struggling daily.
This is not my first experience having work done in Turkey, and unfortunately it is the first time I have had such ongoing issues. I know others may have had positive experiences with this clinic, but in my case I feel my concerns have not been properly listened to or addressed.
I specifically requested individual crowns, but was given full bridges without any clear clinical explanation that I understood. I am now looking at having everything replaced elsewhere.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and the lack of aftercare and communication.
