Have been buying your gorgeous cashmere…

Have been buying your gorgeous cashmere V necked tunic for years. Love it to bits and wish it came in more colours like burgundy and moss green. Have just bought a second navy one because I love it and wear it so much. I wasn’t at all keen on your summer silk and cashmere range and it clearly didn’t sell well because you are still sending me cut price offers to buy it instead of the new winter range which I would very much like to receive!

my order has been lost for second time

I am very disappointed with my order experience. I waited more than 10 days, then was told my parcel was lost and I may only get a refund. This is not the first time it has happened, and it is frustrating to wait so long when I need the item. I am not happy with how my orders are being handled.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and that your parcel has been lost again. We completely understand how disappointing this must be.

Once an order is collected from us by the courier, the delivery process is unfortunately out of our direct control. That said, we always do our best to support our customers if issues arise and will ensure you are either refunded or sent a replacement as quickly as possible.

Product inadequate & still waiting for…

Product inadequate & still waiting for a returns pick up after 10 days. Denner took no responsibility of the return & said it was Royal Mails fault.

The response is exactly what I expected no apology at all.

We must clarify that your statement is not accurate. Returns collections are handled by Royal Mail, who are our courier provider and not part of our company. If a pickup is booked, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address and all details are entered correctly.

Denner cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail’s collection service, as this is managed entirely by them.
