Waited 2 years through Covid for the sofa, very poor quality Tried several times to reject it, they wasn't intrested. Just called them to fix a number of ongoing issues, was told it's only gauranteed for 2 years. I'll stick with DFS next time. The sofa cost over 4K.

I had a very good customer service by representative Vijay who looked into my specifications and went an extra mile to find the sofa and chairs of my choice . I was very pleased .

We have now received our items - somewhat delayed bit because of Bailey but because we hadn’t moved into our new house, the items arrived on good time and they were happy to keep them safe until we needed them

On the day of delivery the team arrived and moved the items into the lounge and constructed them in a very professional manner.

Bought 2 "Icon" sofas from Denelli Italia. We wanted particular type which had stopped being manufactured. We asked if we could buy the 2 on display. We received a generous offer. We love the sofas. Everybody comments on the style and comfort. Many thanks to Steve and the team.

I discovered this company by chance. I live in the North of England and a trip to the showroom would be difficult.

It's a leap of faith ordering online and you have to be able to trust the retailer's description, promises and advice over the phone. In my case, being OCD, and trying to get the decor right for a new flat, whilst in my 50s, it feels challenging.

Hence, I wanted to express my huge gratitude to Vishal for his professional approach, flexibility and first class communication.

It will be a little while before my items arrive, so I can't comment on delivery or longevity or quality, but if the service I have received thus far is in anyway an indicator of my satisfaction, I have much to look forward to.

I am going for a slightly eclectic blend of furnishing based on what appeals to me rather than a 'let's try and make it all match' philosophy. I have found the Denelli site excellent for picking some key items that can be accented later.

Indeed, the clearance section offers some hope for those on a budget trying to emulate the style found in much more expensive shops. I understand that Denelli specialise in bringing contempory Italian designs within reach by keeping manufacturing cost down. I am all for this and the many positive reviews of the company suggest this makes great sense at a time when we have to make difficult financial choices. Quality furniture, supplied with passion and enthusiasm and at a balanced cost to the consumer is where Denelli seem to have positioned themselves.

All of the above ia nothing without first class customer service which puts the individual needs of the Buyer at its heart. It is clear to me that Vishal believes in the importance of this and nothing has been too much trouble for him.

So far, I have no hesitation in recommending this company and the premium service Vishal has 'furnished' me with.

I rarely write reviews but I believe I need to warn others. So we purchased our sofa, according to them in 2020. We went for L-shaped leather sofa but did not go for the basic type, we went for higher quality leather. Fast forward to last year, cracks began to show and the leather on the stools and part of the sofa started to peel/break off. Like others have mentioned, we have bought leather sofas in the past so we surprised to see that happen. The peelings were very thin and NOT LEATHER!!!! Before we bought this sofa we had a cream leather sofa, we gave out the 3 seater and still have the 2 seater and it still looks good despite it being bought in 2003. Denelli asked how I had been looking after my leather sofa because it looked dry, in response to my complaint. They asked me to pay for new leather covers. Why would I want to pay for new covers when the quality of what they call leather is poor quality or mixed like one other review mentioned?
And It is true that the customer service is terrible. We also never got our sofa till months later and when I send them an email on the 4th, they never responded till I rang to complain again today.
I only wish I had read all these bad reviews before purchasing. The only reviews you know are 100% real are the bad ones! Fortunately, I work in legal so I know my rights. Denelli, do the right thing or we are going to fall out big time!

UPDATE
Their respond is that we should pay for replacement covers. If that is their idea of resolving the matter then they lack customer service skills. Why should we pay for something that isn't our fault.

Excellent Sofa company, cannot recommend enough! Provided a wealth of information and help upon visiting the showroom, and then answered all our questions and gave us updates about our purchase every step of the way. Super friendly, knowledgeable and personable staff - a world apart from dealing with the soulless drones you encounter at giant sofa stores like DFS. The sofa we purchased was exactly as described, and matched all our specifications and requirements that we specified when first went in. The quality and comfort is miles beyond any other sofa we tried in a very, very extensive search. Could not be happier!
