My bad experience with Delightful Hair
My experience with Delightful Hair has been very disappointing. I purchased their extensions expecting high-quality remy human hair, as advertised, but within just two weeks, they became tangled, lifeless and unusable. Even my professional hairstylist, who installed them, was surprised and questioned whether it was truly human and/or remy hair.
When I reached out to Delightful Hair to report the issue, I was initially told that there was nothing they could do. Later, when I mentioned I would share my experience online, they expressed interest in ‘finding a solution’ and asked me to provide proof, despite previously telling me they would not assist. This made it more difficult for me to gather evidence, as I had already thrown the extensions away after their initial refusal to help. Fortunately, I still had photos as evidence. After submitting evidence, I was informed that my complaint fell outside their warranty period, which I personally found to be extremely short and I also found it confusing that they asked for evidence, only to state after providing it that my complaint was outside the warranty period? This was devastating, as I had reached out to them within the first month after installation.
Additionally, I was told I could return an unopened pack of extensions of €89 for a refund. To this day, I have not received my refund, although they claim to have processed it. I had to contact them over and over again about this...
Bottom line: in my experience and view, the quality of the extensions did not align with what I expected based on the advertisement, and I believe it’s reasonable to expect that ‘real human remy hair’ would last longer than 2-3 weeks. Perhaps the extensions were part of a bad batch, which can happen, but the lack of a solution & on top of that: the missing refund, made it a devastating customer service experience for me. I regret purchasing from them
