My experience with debt managers was excellent

I was 25, had a studen loan, two maxed out credit cards. The interest from the credit cards alone were so high because I just kept ignoring it.

Although, my job was okay in pay. I honestly couldn’t make a dent in anything. I was stressed 24/7 and felt sick to my stomach. I couldn’t do anything with my friends and sometimes I thought moving home with my parents in a different city was my only option.

I went online and googled in hopes of anything. And debt managers popped up. I was sceptical as I’d never heard of them and they were in a different province ( I live in Ontario) so I sent a generic message in.

Honestly, best decision.

We set up a phone call time. And the person went through everything with me. We were able to make out a monthly payment that I could realistically do. It sucked as first because my credit was pretty bad but it was in that direction anyways.

So 4 years later. It’s all paid off. I never stressed once about ppl calling me. If I missed a payment and it happened, I called and we set a time up to repay. And when I got a better paying job we increased my payments. I got a bonus one year and they let me put it on.

This company really helped me through a time I didn’t think I could be helped.

i had no issues using them before, but after a number of unreturned emails, a file which should have avoided collections, is now with a creditor. this could have been resolved if a simple email was returned.

Very good company, no hassles, worked quickly to come to a satisfactory resolution.

Debt managers were amazing. They were friendly, efficient and always there to help us and answer any questions or concerns we had. They made it so easy and stress free to pay off our debt. We would and have already recommended them to family and friends and will definitely continue to tell others about the great service we received from them.

Was completly satisfied with service..did change my rep quit a bit, once my account was set up, no issues at all.

I dealt with Jenna. She made it very easy to become debt free. I hope I never need their help again but if for some reason I do, I would not think twice about going back to Debt Managers.

This was also many years ago, so I am not quite sure why I received this request to do a survey now.
