The backdrop was high quality, thick fabric. Was perfect for photos! When a shipping error occurred, I received a prompt reply from the company.

With my experience with Dbackdrop there website had the wrong delivery company for tracking the package I actually talked to them and I got the right company from them to track down my package. Before I talked to Dbackdrop there was a list of delivery companies that the package might be delivered by after the order was already placed that was on the website and mine was FedEx that had the tracking number tied to FedEx when the tracking number was for SpeedX to track the package on there. I paid an extra $30 for the rush delivery that was suppose to show up in a week that ended up showing up in two weeks, but I did get my money back for the rush delivery.

The backdrop I ordered is great quality. My husband, who does photography, is very pleased with how it looks in a photograph.
I started out ordering one backdrop and then decided I did not like the print on it. I had some challenges with understanding the return policy. But when I reached out to the company, they were able to resolve my issues. So all in all, good customer service as well as good quality product.

The image I received was not the image I ordered. It was a terrible AI representation of a kind-of-similar image. The grommets were also in the wrong place. Super disappointed. I will not order from them again. They would not accept a return without me paying for shipping.

After ordering and paying for "rush delivery", 2-6 business days, on March 12, it arrived on March 27. I notified them and was told the $30 rush delivery charge would be reimbursed to me. I'm still waiting.

Good customer service, image was vivid and not blurred. Came quickly and reasonably priced. Exactly what I needed for our show backdrops. Thank you!

The back drops were awesome, very well made and shipping was super fast.

My backdrop arrived with the hanging loop on the side rather than the top. The company offered to pay for a tailor to resew the loop to the top. I got a bid and then they went back to the manufacturer and got them to replace the backdrop with another one. Great support on their side. This is my third time I have used them and will continue to do so. Well Done

Backdrop turned out great, shipping was on time, and customer service was great.

While the customer service was responsive, a piece arrived broken and the solution was to pay for a new frame through another vendor and then be reimbursed for the purchase.

QOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE. AS ADVERTISED

So my first time ever making a black drop or doing a backdrop I have to say the customer service is outstanding. I made a mistake on the sizing and the person resized it for me automatically and did email me as well so 100% five stars for customer service where I feel they’re lacking is in the quality of the print itself The ink absorbed into the material and is a lot lighter in color than I would’ve expected. I would almost wish that they offer a vinyl backdrop verse a material like cotton backdrop. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them. Maybe I did something wrong, but I’m just a little disappointed in the overall print itself.

I've asked for a refund and shipping address and have not heard back.

Great quality and fast shipping

The backdrop is very nice and will serve my organization's needs well. I could not make my promised 15% code work when I went to order, so I went online and found a 30% discount that DID work, so I'm happy.

The backdrop I received was not nearly as beautiful as they make it look on line, The colors on the website were brilliant, and the one they sent is mostly brown. I’ve emailed them several times and never got a response.
Really disappointing. Would NOT recommend!!!
