Absolutely horrible service and terrible cleaning. I had someone come and spend 3 hours in my bathroom and then rush the remaining hour in my 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. I was expecting the bathroom to be spotless, and it wasn't! It was dirty in places. That was in February. I was charged for membership for three months. In April, I asked to be refunded just the month of April, the day I canceled, and the day my membership was charged, but they refused. It's a scam to get you to just pay for membership. Don't expect your house to get clean.

Spam messages for years after canceling from multiple different numbers

Absolutely terrible experience. I expected a basic cleaning, but what I got was a recurring monthly charge I never agreed to, ZERO support when I tried to cancel, and cleaners who either didn’t show up or did a completely half-hearted job. Communication was impossible — no real phone support — and every attempt to resolve the issue ended in automated emails with no help. They kept billing my card long after I stopped using the service. Do not trust their pricing or promises; this felt like a bait-and-switch that cost me time and money.

I am beyond disappointed with this company. I have had items like an iPad and kindle stolen by one of their maids and at times they have not always sent me experienced maids. On October 18, 2025 one of their cleaning ladies broke one of my Pottery Barn floor lamps. She told me she reported the incident to Dazzling Cleaning and would have her husband fix it. Over two months went by and she never fixed the lamp. She wrote me a letter around Christmas saying she would not be able to repair the lamp and that it was not her fault in the first place. I asked Dazzling Cleaning multiple times to reach out to her to let me know when she would fix the lamp, but she would no longer communicate with them or with me. Her name is Faye, and her behavior is beyond disrespectful and unacceptable for a professional cleaner to display. Then, recently, I receive another email saying I have until the end of the week early January to get a professional quote for the company to pay to repair my lamp. A couple days later, I receive another email saying they can no longer be held responsible for paying to repair the lamp because too much time had passed. This company and their cleaner Faye as well as some of their other cleaners are very unprofessional. All of the company’s communication is done via email so there is no way to communicate with someone easily when you need to. I highly recommend choosing another cleaning company with a good reputation because this company does not have one. Look for a company and cleaner actually worth the $200 plus a month cleaning charge. Do NOT waste your time working with Dazzling Cleaning because you will likely be very disappointed.

I’m very disappointed in this company. Dazzling cleaning has charged my credit card month over month for a year and a half. . I used them one time and the housekeeper didn’t do a good job. I never used them again. This company said the service is an auto renew rather you use the service or not. I dont recommend this type of business to anyone. This company is slick and not about good customer service. I look forward to the day they are out of business.

Dazzling Cleaners AKA Forever Clean AKA Homeglow… I used them for my elderly father and have had many problems; unreliable, did not do a good job, they continued to charge my father’s account for a year after I canceled their service and we ended up canceling his card because we never received a response after contacting customer service several times. It’s been over a year since I canceled the card and they continue to text me and email me. I have unsubscribed, blocked numbers, reported junk and yet bc they use different numbers to text me, it’s impossible to stop. Save yourself years of headaches and frustration. Don’t use them!

I used this service ONE TIME and was charged a monthly fee of $52 for 2 YEARS - rocketmoney did not catch the recurring charge, and the company has not replied to any requests to cancel. It did not inform me when i made the orifnal purchase that i was signing a subscriotion

I spent MONTHS trying to get a cleaning. When I finally got one, she canceled less than two days before. A total SCAM. Avoid, as you will never get a cleaning!

If I can give this company zero stars, I would, I used them in the past before and I had a bad experience so I didn’t use them again a year or so later they keep reaching out to me to give them another chance and I did… I had a cleaner for three hours. My house was pretty clean. I just wanted the basics done wiping down everything dusting everything cleaning the bathrooms and the floor is really good. I showed the cleaner what I want. It done was a very nice guy I understood clearly . I chose to leave and let him do his work and not be in the way he gave him cleaning supplies and everything that he needed to do the job and do it correctly. I even thought three hours might’ve been too much time. He probably could’ve got the job done correctly within two hours, but just want to make sure he had enough time asked him to lock the door when he left and he did. I noticed that he left exactly 3 hours and 18 minutes after his appointment because I seen it on my camera, I come home and nothing is done. The place is exactly pretty much how I left it I was totally confused and bamboozled what this man was doing in my house for three hours and nothing was done. I took lots of pictures contacted the company sent them pictures through emails because they would not take a call. Explain what happened and was never reimbursed my money as well as not a real way of solving the problem I even told them they could send me another cleaner over to do the job correctly at no charge to me to rectify the problem. They said they couldn’t do so so basically I’m out my money and my cleaning was never done. I have lots of pictures to prove it but again I have you recommend stay far away from this company. There was a reason why I left them before stay away.!!

I've had mediocre cleans, paid more or less the ame as a local cleaner, have had people cancel last min, cleaners who didn't show up and got charged, the monthly subscription saves zero money and they make cancelling it a pain in the ass.

Also the spam the hell out of you when you finally do cancel. In 10 days i've been called and text everyday.

I am demanding cancellation due to Dazzling Cleaning’s clear breach of contract. My appointment was confirmed for Aug 26 at 1:00 PM for 6 hours of service. The cleaner arrived nearly 2 hours late, worked only about 4 hours, and completed only a fraction of the agreed tasks — lightly cleaning a single bedroom while ignoring the printed list for my 4-bedroom home.

Her conduct was also unprofessional and unsafe: she arrived smelling of cigarettes, left a marijuana odor in my daughter’s room, and spent much of her time sitting on my child’s bed instead of performing the service. This was a complete failure to deliver the contracted hours, scope of work, and professional standards.

For these reasons, I am canceling and disputing this transaction in full.

Mariangela, uses time efficiently and effectively. really like how she approaches her work. She has a very pleasant personality and aura.

I tried for weeks to get a basic cleaning through Dazzling Cleaning and was repeatedly stood up by my assigned cleaner (confirmed “on the way,” then no-show; rescheduled and ghosted). Other bookings were bumped last-minute—once at 9:30 p.m.—after I’d waited at home all day. Communication was poor and I couldn’t rely on the service.

On top of monthly service fee, they charge booking fee and service fee so you're essntially paying $100/month. If a cleaner is unable to make it and cancels, they do not find another cleaner - you must find one yourself and then are charged for priority booking. There is no reliability on customer service end, they don't do anything to help you. I had several missed cleanings and they don't even help you find someone else. Would not recommend, they are very bait and switch especially since you pay for extra fees on top of the cleaner's fee and they are not transparent.

Horrible!!! Had the same cleaner two times the first time she did a good job. The second time not so good but I was going to give her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a third cleaning 4 weeks out. My cleaner was changed which was not a big deal. I schedule my cleanings for the mornings as I'm not available in the afternoons. They changed my cleaning to the afternoon and gave me less than 12 hours notice and mind you I schedule this 4 weeks in advance. BAD BUSINESS I canceled the MEMBERSHIP!!! Won't get another dime from me and you can't give me service when I need it!

The business practices of this company should be illegal; perhaps they are, and I should simply sue in small claims court. This isn’t about the cleaners. This is about the company. First warning sign is the absence of a customer service number on the website. If you manage to find one by another means (I found 650-513-0078; my credit card company gave me 833-450–1848; Yelp posted 805-301-7071; Reddit listed 619-325–0492), the recording simply allows you to leave a message.
My beef? I never agreed to a subscription, and cancelled appointments after the second cleaning. No further appointments were ever scheduled. However, I was billed $49/month for a membership I never agreed to. The company never contacted me for any reason. And, as noted above, it is impossible to reach anyone there. I have read that other unhappy customers finally cancelled their credit cards to end the automated billing. I went on the website today and learned that my “membership” is cancelled as of next month. After 20 months of “membership” and 2 cleanings 19 and 20 months ago, I find I’ve been scammed out of $980.

I purchased the service and when trying to make the appointment it required another payment. It’s dishonest and I lost my money because I refused to pay more. It should be advertised from beginning at the real price.

Dazzling Cleaning also known as Forever Clean, also known as is ALL a scam! — They keep relaunching with diffnanes when the old name goes bad, they relaunch.
The reviews you see every where are their own friends and family writing good success stories that are NOT real. The cleaners whi will show up on ur doorstep from Dazzling are NOT professionals, these are any random people who want to make easy money over. They dont clean, they come waste 3-4 hrs of ur time, leave ur house still dirty and still get paid. Every single person i hv talked to has said the same review. I hv experienced it every single time with them. The company calls later & apologies and promises better service next time. But nothing changes. Save your money and mental peace and stay far far away from these scammers. its a fraud company.
