I baught my 2nd face mask. I'm so impressed with the David Watson company. The face masks, they are just so comfortable, breathable, atractive. I baught the green pallet for my 2nd mask. Love it. I wear glasses, they don't steam up. Plus I'm supporting the NHS. Thank You.

Beautiful face masks with a fabulous choice of designs. They mould around the face which is brilliant if you also need to wear glasses.
My second purchase was a silk one which came in a sparkly red envelope with another handwritten message from David. No one likes wearing a mask but this website tries to make it more fun!

Love the masks and the idea of showcasing art when I’m masked. Brings a smile to my face. And they are eco-friendly compared to disposable masks. Adjustable ear loops are a plus. Soft fabric. Washed well. Also appreciated the personal touch of the thank you note when they arrived. Good socially responsible initiative to expand the David Watson offering in these crazy times.

Just bought my third face mask from you. It is a silk one and is beautifully made and extremely comfortable to wear.
Also, received some spare toggles for my earlier masks which were so welcome as I had misplaced mine.
The packaging on the silk mask was extra special!

Well made, lovely fabrics
Masks are well made, and delivery was extremely quick and efficient. The fabrics are lovely, but sadly one size doesn’t fit all, and they’re not adjustable. Still, no face mask is a pleasure to wear, and at least you can enjoy the lovely prints!

very pleased with your masks. I have a small face and they fitted me perfectly, also good to have the adjustable loops which help to get a good fit. I could breathe easily and the fabric is comfortable on my face.

Comfortable, fits well (good to have facility to adjust size) and can breathe! Because of good fit glasses don’t steam up.

Very disappointed I expected better quality
Loved the picture on Instagram, when mask arrived it was tiny but baggy in wrong places, itchy elastic and suffocating nylon quilting.
Friends thought it hilarious, said it looked like a posing pouch. I wanted to return item as it was not fit for purpose but the person at David Watson designs basically said hard luck and was not prepared to help. Complete waste of £18.00 and feel ripped off in the name of ‘British Design’
Very arrogant attitude, zero customer service.

Thank you again for your order and feedback. I am so sorry you are unhappy with your mask.
Thank you for your emails, I am afraid I really I cannot be of more help as our returns policy is strict for our masks especially once they have been warn and washed! They are such personal items that for the safety of our staff and customers we cannot accept returns.
All our products are made with the highest quality fabrics and made by seamstresses in the UK (these in London) and I am of course surprised and disappointed you don't like them. We specifically selected this fabric for it's comfort and being breathable!

Made for tiny people
Whilst the mask appears nicely made, it is so tiny I presumed I had been sent a child’s mask by accident. Apparently not. Compared to other much cheaper masks, this is about 30% smaller so don’t buy unless you have a miniature face or are happy to have your ears nearly pulled off your face. And no, I don’t have an abnormally large face. It’s hard to understand how the sizing could be so wrong. Very disappointed.

I am so sorry your mask doesn't fit you correctly, are you within the size guidelines?
Our masks are not "one size fits all" but we have aimed to fit as many people as possible with our adult size fitting 99.9% of our customers.
We have created them to be quite tight to create a better "seal" with the elastic around the edges.
It may be worth trying to gently stretch the mask around the edges however please do take care not to pull any stitches.
