I can’t recommend DMR highly enough. Alex and the whole team have always been fantastic and have gone above and beyond to look after me and my family.

The service is always personal, professional and welcoming, and I’ve always felt genuinely valued as a customer. Alex in particular has been brilliant to deal with and has always made sure everything is taken care of.

I can't thank the team at David Robinson enough. Arousa managed our experience, providing excellent advice and was extremely knowledgeable about the pieces in the store, of which there is a wonderful selection. We truly received the VIP treatment. Excellent care and service especially by Sanaa, whom I have been dealing with in the last 2 years. They always go that extra mile with you. I always recommend friends and family to them whether it’s for time pieces or jewellery.

There isn’t a better jewellers to deal with so stop looking. I’ve dealt with DMR for 10+ years and shudder to think what I’ve spent but they are lovely people. You can buy watches anywhere but it’s all about the people. Each one of them has their own unique style but Lee, Hannah and Alex are fantastic and of course Karl and John are good leaders…. The latest “new recruit” James Lilley is a great lad too. Everyone has their favourite jewellers I guess but if you don’t then just go to David M Robinson. Saves you faffing about.

We recently collected my wife's Rolex from the Manchester showroom and were treated so special by Luana! What a start she is!
She remembered it was our wedding anniversary and surprised us with champagne and cake!
She looked after us so well. Such an enjoyable experience, we will be paying her a visit again!

As always it was a great experience dealing with TAG. This time at their Boutique Outlet in Liverpool One which is an Aladin's Grotto of all things TAG

On the lead up to our visit I had been in touch with Conor Wilson by e_mail to see if he could obtain one of their new TAG Connected E5 watches for me to try one before we went on holiday in September as they were out of stock online

Luckily, Conor who is a very likeable, knowledgeable and professional young man was able to do so and after our visit to the Store yesterday I am now the proud owner of my 4th TAG watch

Another amazing trip to DMR. Complete luxury from start to finish. Went in with an open mind, looking for a present for my wife following the birth of our baby. I gave Alex an idea of what we were looking for and he brought out plenty of items for us to look, try and consider. We ended up with two amazing pieces, felt completely looked after, understood and valued as a customer. If everyone had the same level of service as DMR, the world would be a better place. My wife and I went to DMR to purchase a Rolex for myself. We met Alex who was wonderful. Whilst trying on a watch Alex offered to have my wife’s wedding and engagement rings cleaned and during this cleanup he noticed on my wife’s engagement ring that the one of the arms that was holding the diamond in place was missing and another arm had the tip of the arm missing. This meant that the diamond could have fallen out at any time. Subsequently, we have had the ring repaired at DMR. We are both extremely grateful to Alex for pointing this out.
