They started off ok then changed the payroll system dont get paid on time disorganised, not honest at all dont reply to emails or calls u wait and no one picks up. Not very efficient at all.

I have been with Danbro for many years. They have provided me with a friendly and flexible service over the years. If I was able to I would continue using their services but unfortunately I have to change my umbrella provider. You will be missed.

We understand that decisions like this can affect your work, your pay, and your peace of mind. Contractors should be able to rely on agencies and umbrella companies working collaboratively, ensuring you are well supported, informed, and able to focus on your role with confidence. We have therefore requested further clarification from your agency on several key points, but at this stage we have not received a response.
Please rest assured, we are exploring every avenue to find a resolution with your agency.

Danbro have always been great to me
Danbro have always been great to me, Kim is customer experience has always gone above and beyond in supporting all my issues and Matt in finance/payroll has always sorted all and any issues very quickly.
To be fair, the whole team have been great and the k ly reasons I'm leaving is because current recruiter won't add them to their short list of umbrella providers but ill always check and go back to danbro if allowed in the future but if yohmu ever speak to Kim in customer support, shes a diamond and always been there for me.
