Had a fantastic experience today purchasing my new car - Steve was amazing all the way through whole process, made me feel completely at ease and was able to get me away the same day with our new family car - Super attentive and friendly!

From our first enquiry to picking it up Steve was great to deal with , not pushy at all he left us to view the car in peace , the whole process was easy, our daughter is really pleased with her first car 🚗

From first walking into the showroom i was made to feel that I was not being pushed into buying something I didn't want. Steve Watson listened to my requirements and checked obscure information I required about the particular car I was interested in.
At the time of the purchase a small problem with the parcel shelf was identified, Steve ordered a replacement and personally delivered the shelf to my home. Great aftersales service!

Steve was very patient. Allowed me all the time I needed to decide on which car to go for and whether I wanted to finance it or not. He explained everything carefully and answered all my questions. He’s a credit to your company.

Thanks to Noel and the team for helping me with finance. They went the extra mile to help me out. Very helpful thanks

Recently purchased a great car from Noel Eastwick at Dace German Car Centre. Outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Maintains exceptional quality of cars and ensured whole process was smooth. Overall great place to purchase a car with great staff on board.

Really helpful man noel,Made the whole experience of buying my stepdaughters new nissan juke car so easy,Would really recommend dace motorgroup THANKYOU NOEL

I had a lovely experience buying my new car from these guys. Everything was so smoothly arranged. I was professionally looked after by Ryan, who went above and beyond to make sure I left very happy indeed. Highly recommended

Steve Watson was the amazing sales person that helped me get my beautiful new car. Dace German Car Center, thank you.

I recently part exchanged my car with Dace after having my first finance with them 2 years ago. I dealt with Ryan.
He was very experienced and helped me a lot to find something within my budget he was extremely informative with the car information etc extremely recommend Dace overall and Ryan.

Amazing service from Mike at Dace Motor Group when I recently purchased my new car. Mike was very friendly and helpful and I am so happy with my VW Golf!

A really refreshing experience doing business with Jon Bibby at Dace. No hard sell and no attitude. Jon kept me updated throughout the sale process and Dace were proactive in fixing some of the cars issues they identified like alloy refurbs and brake pad replacements. Would recommend to anyone on the market.

Returned to Dace to buy again, as always received the best service from Mike McDonald, both times were extremely smooth and felt accommodated at each point. A great guy and a great company, would return (Again) and would recommended to anyone looking for a new motor.

I called into Dace German Car Centre to have a quick look at a car I’d seen online and had the pleasure of speaking with Steve. He genuinely could not have been more helpful.
Steve arranged for the car to be brought over, even though at that stage I only wanted to have a quick look inside. I then went away on holiday for a few days and realised I had a few more questions I’d forgotten to ask. I emailed Steve and he came back to me incredibly quickly with clear and helpful answers.
When I decided to go ahead with a test drive, Steve took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. He is incredibly approachable, knowledgeable and patient, and at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy.
I’ve dealt with a number of car dealerships and salespeople over the years, and Steve is by far the best car specialist I’ve ever dealt with. He was professional and helpful throughout, gave me as much time as I needed, and even reassured me that he was always at the end of the phone if I needed anything.
Just a week after my first visit, I drove away in my shiny new car! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend Dace — and in particular Steve — to anyone looking for a car from one of the brands they specialise in.
Thanks again, Steve!

We purchased a VW golf this week. The car is very good indeed and we are very happy with our purchase. More importantly the service we experienced from Steve was excellent. Steve was clear and efficient, friendly and very happy to answer our many questions. Professional and without all that nonsense associated with pressure selling, he laid out the details of the purchse, we had a test drive and, the car was beautifully presented, clean and well cared for. Even when there was small hiccup, while we waited he recommended a place to have lunch, which also very good :). Overall, I would recommend this seller and Steve in particular, this is what buying (and selling ) a car should be about. Well done to all involved.

The salesman Steve was superb. More than impressed by thoroughness, efficiency, friendliness and patience.
Pleasure to meet you, Steve.
