The worst experience ever. I would not recommend you to anyone. There was a delay in receiving the order, and when I finally received it, the quality was very poor, like a counterfeit watch.

Amazing, I’ve had my watch a year & asked about replacing the strap & bezel as it was a limited edition I wanted to keep the face internals.
They paid for collection & shipping and replaced the strap & bezel with no issues, you don’t get that type of service very often.
Can’t thank them enough watch is brand new again.

Ho acquistato un orologio nel periodo natalizio il quale ha avuto dei problemi di colorazione su cassa e cinturino, per il resto orologi ben fatto sia costruttiva che feeling di materiali usati. Detto cio' appena contattato il servizio clienti mi hanno immediatamente senza esitare sostituto l'orologio con un modello identico ma con colorazione a mia scelta visto che quello che avevo scelto il precedentza aveva avuto un problem. Io tutto in maniera super veloce ed efficiente, sia dal punto di vista organizzativo che logistico.Avessi potuto avrei messo 6 stelle!

Gli orologi sono stupendi, ma questo già lo sapevo. Quello che invece non mi aspettavo era un servizio clienti così efficiente, generoso e cortese. Ho avuto un problema con un orologio e me l'hanno sostituito con uno nuovo senza batter ciglio e con grande gentilezza da parte di Niccolò. Super servizio!
