Cyclesense Arvostelua

Great company, bought a part for my turbo trainer and it came within days, would recommend

Product arrived very quickly. Good service

I bought a Moon-saddle from them on Dec 22nd and it turned up on Dec 24th!. Delighted!

Excellent service ! Needed to return an item and got a phone call in reply to an e-mail I had sent the next day.

Hadn't used CycleSense before but they were great! Had what I wanted where other cycle shops didn't, good price and very fast delivery. They are now bookmarked for the future.

They were the cheapest and also very fast at delivering my part. I woudl definitely go back again

This is a great company to deal with. The range of cycles is superb and we travel about 70 miles each way to have them work on out cycles if its something we are unable to do ourselves. Its personal service. Customers are known by staff who do everything they can to provide just what you want, We also buy on line and even then you are not just an anonymous number but they will contact you personally if there are delays. A great company to deal with. My first choice every time.

I have bought a few things over the last year and goods have always arrived very soon after ordering ie ordered Monday, arrives Wednesday.

What you see is what you get. A very useful item.

Discovered Cyclesense online when searching for the best price for the bike I was after. I was a bit unsure at first as i was spending a lot of money with a firm I did`nt know but I need`nt have worried. At the end of the online transaction I phoned the shop as I was`nt sure if my payment had gone through, the guy on the other end knew my name straight away and said that he would pass me onto his dad who was dealing with the transaction . Cyclesense is advertised as a family firm and thats the feeling I got , I immediatley felt in safe hands. The bike was despatched and I received it within a couple of days.Excellent service & I would thoroughly recommend Cyclesense to anyone.

THanks, excellent service.

la disponibilità di prodotti è molto buona ma i costi di spedizione, per l'italia, sono esagerati, considerando i circa 10 giorni per ricevere la spedizione.

Bit of a mix up with payment but they got in touch and every thing sorted quick and easy. Highly recommended.

NICE QUICK DELIVERY. GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Good product. Good price. There was a delivery delay, but I was contacted via email and phone about this. Great communication! Very highly recommended.

Ordered mudguards at 2pm and they arrived the next day with free postage. Product was already produced - a real bargain and super quick service.

Excellent service. Ordered a pair of raceblades. Only downside is I ordered on a tuesday and they are closed on a wednesday (otherwise I would have given 5 stars). Saying that they were dispatched free of charge and arrived saturday

I telephoned to inquire about size availability and had a very friendly, helpful man answer my questions (on a sunday). I then ordered on-line and received my nice new mtn biking jacket with 3 days. i was kept informed regarding dispatch, delivery etc by email.
Will certainly use them again.

They had the part I wanted - which is more than I can say for many other companies out there! Payment process was painless, and part arrived when they said it would -- and bike works better now!

I BOUGHT A PAIR OF SKS LONG RACEBLADES FROM CYCLE SENSE AND THE SERVICE WAS FIRST CLASS ADDTO THAT THE PRICE WAS THE LOWEST AVAILABLE . I HAVE RECOMMENDED CYCLE SENSE TO 2 OTHER PEOPLE WHO WILL PROBABLY BUY THE MUD GUARDS AS WELL.
