Cyclesense Arvostelua

My bike developed a serious problem seventeen months after purchase. I don't want to go into the details. What I do want to say is that Dave and his team at Cyclesense went out of their way to help. Dave and his team's customer service was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this business. If I lived closer, they would become my local bike shop. I can't recommend them enough. Give them your business and they will look after you.

Nice to deal with a company that puts the customer first Delivery prompt and packed well 100% recommended

Very helpfull to make sure my kids bike would be shipped quickly so he would get it on time for his Bday.
Thanks a lot.
I'd definitely recommend!

Quickest delivery of a bike bought on line I've known, good friendly service.

Great service would use again

Really helpful info before buying, would definitely go back.

Searched for a particular bike for my wife and found it here at good price. Service and post-purchase contact excellent.

Bike arrived coddled in packing and was put together in minutes.

Real enthusiasts delivering real service. Excellent !

Great guys, very friendly and super helpful

Good prices, good selection of products, prompt delivery

Fantastic discounted price on a Cannodale Carbon Synpase 105 2016 delivered from Yorkshire to Oxford, but no set up had been done on the brakes and gear change both of which malfunctioned. I then had to take the bike into a local Cannondale dealer to get it set up properly. The brakes needed bleeding so I couldn't do it myself. The experience could have been so much better with a little more care. The deep discount, however, has still left a smile on my face. If I had paid full price I would have been seriously irritated.

Bought a Moulton Tsr 27 on-line from Cycle Sense.
It arrived on time, well packed and partially assembled. Instructions on completion were included and I was able to assemble it without problem. All in all a smooth transaction and I am happy to recommend this company.

V good service

I was directed here for an Extrawheel trailer which was advertised at a very good price post free. When I tried ordering an accessory part for the trailer they then wanted to charge me £10 carriage!
In the end I ordered the part direct from Extrawheel in Poland as it was pounds cheaper and only took a couple of days longer to arrive.
I ordered over a Bank Holiday and the goods arrived in 2 working days so quite happy with that.

Excellent customer service, very fast delivery, great product, happy allround

I ordered a Cannondale Quick Carbon 2 2016 as well as £195 of free accessories.
During the process I phoned up for advice and found them very helpful and knowledgeable.
Everything was delivered on time and as ordered.
I would be more than happy to buy from them again based on this experience.

Overall I am rather happy with the service Cyclesense Ltd. provided. I ordered a set of spare keys for a Hamax child seat. The communication was good but I was hoping that the order would have been shipped a bit faster.

The 60L Crosso panniers were dispatched quickly. Great panniers, excellent value.

Highly recommended. Fantastic service.

I received the advertised product (croozer storage cover) very efficiently

I ordered a bike online but I was able to talk to Dave on the phone beforehand. Straightforward dealing with them and I was able to discuss options to make the most of the special offer at the time
