Peace of mind

Having insurance from a company that knows the problems cyclists face on the road each day from other road uses.
The possibility your bike can be stolen or damage without warning.
It gives a reduction of your stress .

Quick, easy and good value.

My policy was quick and easy to set up and I’m never bombarded by emails, just one annually to let me know my policy has started again.

Touch wood, I’ve never had to claim so couldn’t possibly leave a review about that side of things.

Quick and Easy

I have used Cycle guard for over 10 years, I have just had my claim for accidetal damage, after failing off my bike. The process was quick and easy and James My claim Handler was spot on, from the claim to receiving my new bike was less than 3 weeks. Excellent company

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars…

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it wasn't immediately obvious that the cover included loss due to theft - which it does and the main reason for having it! Also trying to establish that my E-Bike would be covered was not that simple, mostly due to the lack of information from the E-Bike OEM, so not the fault of cycleGuard. Otherwise excellent service all round.

Update: Call made 10:50am but no response so we will try again later today.
Update 2: We have called again at 4.30pm and left a voicemail. Please reach back out to us on 0333 004 3444 and we will be able to cancel off your policy and refund any payment you have made for the renewal as you are still within your 14 day cooling off period.

We are sorry to hear that you no longer want to cover your cycling equipment with cycleGuard.

We are very happy to cancel your policy for you though and have asked a member of the team to call you in order to arrange this. We need to confirm the cancellation via email or over the phone to ensure we aren't cancelling a policyholders cover without their permission.

As it is within the 14 day cooling off period we can cancel the policy back to the renewal date and refund any payment taken for the renewal.

When you purchased the policy you will have signed up to auto renewal and as we hadn't received instruction to cancel, the renewal processed automatically.
