Spot on ordered and delivered in less than two days

Excellent service. Item I ordered wasn’t in stock but received a call to arrange for a subitute product, which arrived the next day as requested.

From ordering to delivery in Spain was just 8 days and I was kept informed all the time.

My overall experience was pretty good. I was happy from the contact via chatting. I love companies who have that faciIity.I got all the necessary information. Depending of the person, (I chatted with 2) I thought some answers were very short. I find it always nice when the people who know about their product, inform the buyer a bit more extensive about the product they are buying. I am not a fan from their delivery company, Fedex. The delivery-time given was 6 o clock, but the package was delivered at 3 o clock. There is no way of contacting the deliverers and you are sort of obliged to stay the whole day in. This can be a lot better nowadays! So if you want to improve, change deliverer. Price/product is not bad at all, but I saw afterwards that an other similar company sold the product £30 or £40 cheaper, which I find a lot of difference in price for this product. Product itself is brilliant. One of the parts I ordered additionally wasn't included. I contacted Cybermarket and trust that that will be sorted. GF
