Easy to use, functions are easy to add. Good front end user experience

As an exhibitor at Buila24, I should have access to CVent.

I registered but Cvent then said I'd got my password wrong (I hadn't) so asked me to click 'Forgot password' which I did. Then tried to log in with the new password. CVent maintained again that I'd forgotten my password.
After several attempts, using different browsers, I tried to contact their 'support' but no response at all.
Non-existent service and a totally flaky product has made this process a stressy nightmare.
The Buila conference starts today. Still no response from Cvent. Just useless!!

Not so user friendly and incredibly time consuming
CVENT is marked as a user friendly application for events. The initial sales packages were very difficult to understand and required lots of discussion to figure out exactly what was included and not included. The outcome is good but be prepared to invest tons of time into getting the application up and running. The sales pitch makes it seem as if you will have all the help you need, but this was not always true. While they would schedule meetings and you could make lists of issues to address the whole application was complex and required a great deal of meetings, video tutorials and trial and error. If you are paying Cvent to take on and just do the project for you then it is a good end result. otherwise expect to spend 80+ hours getting it set up and ironing out all the glitches.

Cvent has a solution for every part of the event, from set up and registration through to reports about who has just left the event. I use it every step of the way and on a daily basis, and I'm confident in my use of it. Because it is all set up to work together, new features are intuitive, and everything works together very smoothly. Cvent's support team is also very helpful, and as a customer I always feel listened to by cvent.

We have been using Cvent since 2013! It's been a great product and tool for us for Event Management. The support staff are excellent and it is so easy now to build out an event. We even integrate Cvent over to Salesforce - pulling over registration questions and data to use for Tableau reporting. Cvent continues to improve their product and make it better on an on-going basis.

Using Cvent for event management is the backbone for all of our event business. We use Cvent for RFP's, registration, reporting and attendee management. As a travel management company we use Cvent to book flights with the air request widget and flow all the PNR back into to Cvent using PNR Matching. Cvent continues to make my job easier when it comes to matching actual actual air with attendee records.

The Cvent team has been wonderful to work with. They were incredibly helpful during the sales and onboarding processes. They answered every question and unique use case that we had. The tool has made a huge impact on the way our team works. We love Cvent! We're very grateful we found this amazing tool.

Cvent is the absolute best for a one-stop shop. I've used them for 4-5 events. I used the software for a camp during Covid for students and while the platform was not built for this, their team made it work and made it work WELL. I was highly impressed with the ease of use, and professionalism of the customer service team, and most of all the websites are easy to create and look very professional. Highly recommend Cvent to anyone interested in event soutions!

Cvent is a great tool for management your events

Cvent Event Management does it all! Our company hosts multiple events at a given time all throughout the country, and sometimes things can get a little hectic. This allows us to manage our attendees, have a mobile app for guests to access their schedules and breakout sessions, and have onsite solutions for easier check-ins. It is all around an event saver!

Professional and Easy to Use! This system is great from a user-experience. The Cvent team sets managers up for success with an intuitive program and training opportunities. It is the perfect one-top-shop for frequent event planning services and easily creates professional registration forms, websites, marketing materials. I have been using Cvent for over 10 years and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Seamless Event setup and execution.

I use Cvent on a daily basis for multiple clients. What I like best is that I can configure each site to what my clients specific needs are, branding guidelines, and attendee diversity. Every event we do is unique, we have events that are a basic RSVP, to complex builds that need a great deal more of attention. I can customize our sites easily with stored themes & images, and the access to the travel widgets and pre-set contact information make my job much easier too.
