We are currently working with Cachet Wine Cellars and have just completed the design phase, with construction now underway. We sent a deposit of 80% down for a custom wine cellar. Over the past few months they have changedThis included commercial refrigeration, installation, design and build of the wine cellar. Over 6 months they have repeatedly told us they were going to deliver plans and would delay week by week, sending documents that were not what we asked for. We have over a hundred emails and texts validating this. Our builder and designer have been in business for over 30 years and have never seen either negligence or fraud like this. They have many videos and promises none delivered.
