Custom Gold Grillz Arvostelua 6

Paid over $400 to have upper extended fangs with back bar made of 10K. Website says molds are done at home and are easy. They send you a few molds. However, their instructions do not tell you anything! It’s just a video and some words that have nothing to do with getting a good impression of teeth. They rejected the molds they sent, and required me to start purchasing molds at $46 each. They rejected those. That’s when I learned that they are scamming people! I asked for a refund and they said they are taking $25 for each mold ($100), and 20% of total bill ($100). So I was going to lose half the purchase prices just because I asked for a refund. They even advertise that refunds are no problem if requested within 60 days. I did this at 30 days. They also state in writing that the grill must be in production for them to absorb 20%. After informing them of their own policy, they just stopped responding, and 2 weeks later, they still have my money. I am happy I used my bank account to make the purchase, because my bank was able to get all my money back! False advertisement folks! If they never accept you mold, then production never began. You get your money back. Do NOT purchase a grill from this company! I asked how much for 10K upper 6 and lower 6…they wanted $1600. I went to Mike High Jewelers and paid $1250, with diamond cuts, they did the molds in house professionally, and I got the finished product in less than 3 weeks. I wasted over a month just trying to get a grill in production, just to have them try and steal the money I paid without ever getting a product to show for it. Bad business! Stay away! I warned you…

I started this process January 6. Im having the same problem with my molds. I sent another company a mold set i did and they approved them. They had the back to me in 2 weeks. I picked custom gold grillz because they have amazing work. But now im try to get a refund and this is a joke.

I didn’t wanna write this but ima have to, I ordered grillz in late December. I got my package with the kit, and they said my mold was not good enough. But to make it worse they took FOREVER to respond each time. I would text them, boom an hour later, finally a response, then I go to text back in less then 2 minutes, just for another hour to pass for them to respond? And that had happened EVERY TIME I’ve tried to text them. But the second time I mess up the mold with the extra kit provided. I send it to them, IMMEDIATELY they answer with “the mold isnt good enough, you can buy another pair of molds at out store!” I was devistated, I check and the thing is 50 bucks?! So I go to Amazon and buy a 3 kit there for the same amount of money, AND it came the next day. It’s been about a good month though before I ordered a new mold kit because I am a 15 year old, I don’t have a form of income. But I do the exact same thing, but each time it was NEVER GOOD ENOUGH and as always they took HOURS to respond, and they responded to me actually at 2am at night? Literally 5 hours after I texted them. Just for none of the molds to be good enough either. But I did exactly what they said, I GOT THE GUM LINE, I DIDNT MOVE, I PUSHED IT UP AND DIDNT BITE DOWN ON IT. and what frustrated me was how vague there instructions were. 1 sentence horrible instructions. I am so mad that they take all of my money but it’s never enough for them. I really just want my 3 front grillz. Idk why I needed a whole mold of my teeth just for the front 3 teeth I’m not getting full grillz it’s just 3 in the front left it shouldn’t be that hard bro to answer your customers and give good service. Never buying from them again if I get my grillz anytime soon

I ordered a custom grill set for my top teeth and specifically asked for fangs on this design they had on their website and even sent a photo with my order so they would know exactly what I was talking about. The guy I was dealing with sent me an invoice and I paid. They sent the molding kit, and I sent it back. 2 months later, I get my grillz and they are blunt AF...NO FANGS. So I reach out and was told by another rep that the fang part was 25.00 extra. Like WTH? Why did they not tell me that when I ordered them? Now I have this blunt set, which was not at all what I wanted. They look nice but I wanted the fangs for a reason (Halloween.)

So because I love the design of the fang set I originally wanted, I reach out to try to get another set made, and wanted to pay the extra 25.00. I reach out via instagram, no answer. Reach out via email, no answer. Reach out again to follow up and tell them to send me an invoice for the second set as I am ready to pay and get the order in. Radio silence. I finally went to another company, showed them what I wanted ordered from them. I would not buy from Custom Gold Grillz again. They do not listen and then act like they do not want to take your money if you try to order with them again.

Ordered grills for nearly $300. Sent molds, waited over TWO MONTHS, and they FIRST approved my mold, then later said it wasn’t good. After that, they tried to make me pay again for another mold kit and more shipping. They never even started making the grill but still kept 20% plus all shipping costs. Lost $100+ for nothing. Communication was terrible and their policy is a trap. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I ordered a set of 8 top 8 bottom 18k white gold grillz with 4 teeth being covered in vvs diamonds. After 1 year they started having black tarnish spots on them. I took them to a local jewlery shop who told me they are fake diamonds and that the grillz are not 18k gold. Buyer beware. I spent over 4k on theses
