I found the purchase process smooth - I reached out to the sales team and received a prompt, detailed, and helpful response. However, communication after this point was sparse - the frame shipped separately from the plexiglass/backing but I never received any shipping info for one of the packages. Once I had received both packages, I realized that the hardware I ordered was not included in either package. I contacted them to ask when this would arrive and did not receive a reply. After some time, I called them to ask the question and was told it should have arrived with the plexiglass (it did not). I was told they would reship the hardware and I would receive it within a few days. It has now been two weeks and I am still waiting. The frame is nice and will look great but I would like to receive the final pieces required to hang it!

There were no instructions on how to attach the canvas to the floating frame. We basically just got four pieces of wood. The frame looks good now it’s been put together and the canvas attached to it, we had to Google how to do it and my husband found some tacks to use.

It’s always nice to have a good sale, but even better with quality like this. Quick service and as promised delivery.

Haven’t even received my package yet. Problem with fedex not being able to deliver to my P.O. Box. You should have on your site can’t ship to P.O. Boxes, cause I’ve tried contacting twice and I still don’t know if I’ll receive my frame

I ordered 2 frames and 1 liner. They arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. They were already fully assembled which I really appreciated. I have since ordered 7 more frames.

compared to local frame shops,your price was much cheaper. excellent quality.,and delivered to my door,what more could I ask for. I had a small problem placing my first order [ my fault ] excellent and personable help from your online rep.thanks to him!

Extremely rude management team, poor customer service - I was belittled and spoken to so rudely.

Product quality is not ideal. Would not reorder from this company. Better quality at larger retailers.

BEWARE!!! Avoid this company for your frames at all costs. The customer service is a joke. I have never seen a more unprofessional company.

They took forever to send anything. Once my order did arrive, an item was missing. I tried contacting them to see what was happening through email and even Facebook but they just ignored me. Four messages over 5 days were sent, with no replies. The only option I had was to submit a dispute with my credit card company. Then out of the blue they say my order is on the way. I told them I didn’t want it. It arrived anyway, and they accused me of making an erroneous dispute that was higher than the item’s value. When I pointed out exactly how I calculated the number they didn’t apologize or acknowledge they were wrong.

Do you think that Custom Frames Canada is based in Canada? Nope! It’s made in Mexico and is forwarded through a random address in Virginia. And apparently I was a charged in US dollars. The return address is in Vancouver. Don’t know how they can operate under a .ca domain.

You would regret ordering from this company. They are a nightmare to deal with, they are not local as they give the impression, and returning anything is a pain in the ass.

And the frames aren’t made very well. Frames with texture doesn’t line up in the corners, and one frame arrived with a chip in it.
