Every Customer request is generated thru email. However the response time is very quick.

I thought I was calling IKEA Customer Services when this call connection company came up at the top of my search. It was only once the call was connected that I realised I'd made the mistake of calling a premium rate number and been charged at least £6, maybe more. I won't know how much until get my phone bill. This is misleading and underhand way to make money out of people and cause them anxiety.

Didn’t realise it was a paid for service when trying to contact DPD and after receiving 2 texts which said 3£ each looked into it and seems have been robbed by this company, all these big companies just seem to do what they like and you cannot do anything about it, really needs some laws about this sort of thing.

If I could give minus I would, called DPD when I hung up received 4 texts messages about alternative telephone nu.ber fir DPD got phone bill and was charged over £10.00 for phone call an £10.00 for text messages. I went on Customer Calls LTD website and have filled in refund form, will wait and see what happens. Anyone wanting refund just type in GOOGLE "Customer Calls Ltd refund" click on article and go to their portal fill out the the questions they ask you, you will need the 0901 telephone number you called and your mobile telephone bill to send them. Send screen shots if can't send as pdf. And then see what happens...

RIP OFF CONNECTION SERVICE! Connects calls and charges rip off amounts to do so. They come up first on search for contact numbers. Luckily I had a spend cap on my bill, or it would have been more than the £17 they charged - Including 2 Texts charged at £3 each!
Use 'Say no to 0870' service if searching for numbers!

I was looking for Virgin customer service and like other reviews this company came up first. I pressed on diall from mobile but hung up straight away as my phone notified it was a premium number. Ten minutes later a sms was delivered giving the details of the Vigin number and opening hrs which I had found further down the search page. Realising what had happend I blocked the number to avoid further messages then checked my mobile provider. Found my charge for 1 sec and sms nearly £10. Why does Google allow this!!

This company should be put out of business. They are cheating unsuspecting people into calling well-known companies via their premium rate number. Example: Legal and General have a normal-rate number but if you search on Google, Customer Calls Ltd will offer a premium rate number (without telling you) that you call to get in touch with Legal and General. £16 for 13 minutes and then two text messages to you at £3 each just to provide you with L&G's contact details that are readily available on the insurer's website or Facebook page. A legal scam!!

Scam, called without knowing I was being charged same again £6.00 then they apparently sent me text messages at £3 EE won’t help how is this legal!!!

Called their number without realizing when I was looking for a number for Epson, the call lasted 5 seconds, was charged £6 then a further £3 each for 2 identical text messages. What's more there's nothing to stop them sending as many texts at £3 each as they like. Contacted O2, nothing they can do, avoid this at all costs

Inadvertently used Customer Calls, trying to contact a provider. Charged me over £10. Beware when Googling.

It's a complete SCAM, with a main office registered in Covent Gardens London. Raking in thousands by conning people. Rip of Britain at it's worse. I was somehow connected to the Customer Calls Ltd, whilst expecting to be connected to the Halifax Bank. It's legalized crime!

How this company got 3 stars is beyond me It is a complete rip off They come top of the list on search whichever company you use in my Case Tesco Customer Services It is small print about the costings and i was connected for 11 seconds then realised and put the phone down before connection and i have still been charged £6.23 So even if you dialled this number by mistake you get charged £6.23

DO NOT USE - ABSOLUTE SCAM, pretends to be representing a real company (Sainsbury's) and then charge you £6 connection charge, then failed to connect.

shocking charges, you google a company and they come up with an official looking name of company and number underneath but when you ring it costs you £7 connection fee, complete rip off

This is a call connection service to TK Maxx, registered on the regulator's website (Phone-Paid Service Authority), as Customer Calls Ltd, Covent Garden, director Katherine Herbert. I dialled TK Maxx number on their website (an 01923 number) and my call was somehow diverted through an 0901 number operated by Customer Calls Limited. I was charged up to £10 a minute for the call to TK Maxx. Neither TK Maxx nor Customer Calls Ltd warned me about the cost of the call or the fact they were diverting my call through them. I had no opportunity to accept their charges. I have suffered a loss of £39.43 in total. T K Maxx deny the connection company has anything to do with them but TK Maxx are mentioned on the entry at the regulator for Customer Calls Limited. The regulator, PSA, describes Customer Calls Ltd as a "Call Connection Service to TK Maxx". Customer Calls Ltd should refund me for the £39.43 charges I have incurred.
