I've never used Curve Wow before but decided to take a punt and order some black vest tops for my holiday as everywhere else I have tried they have been too short, see through or baggy.
I am really very pleased with my vest tops. They are exactly the right length and the material is good quality. I am looking forward to wearing them.
On this basis I would order from Curve Wow again.

The sizing are awful 😞 materials are cheap too! They are not breathable. I am referring to a suit l bought jacket and shorts size 24 was too small in the back shorts fitted but l like them loose. I ordered next sizes up and a 30-32 (which l am no way near) found 26-28 the same size as the 30-32 😂 shorts were too baggy around the crutch area. In the photo of the jacket it looks like jacket has plenty of material covering the front but it hasn't at all.
I have bought numerous stuff which l have had to return. I'm not fussy person but my god the sizes are too small.
However, easy returns though, if you get a QR code to scan on the returns form that's why l gave it a 2 🤩 stars but in this case l didn't receive a QR code therefore l am very reluctant to pay postage on a £22 order!

AVOID!!! Returned 4 dresses in May, through their returns service via Royal Mail who then lost the parcel! Curvewow delayed and delayed getting this looked into and now refusing to refund my order which was £69.99. Awful service I have asked repeatedly to make a formal complaint which has just been ignored and ignored. Would never use again.

Deserves a 0. This is perhaps the ugliest dress I've ever seen. But of course it looks lovely in their add which states: fabric 95% rayon 5 % spandex. However printed on the tag inside the dress it states: 95%polyester 5% spandex. And the print in-person is disgusting. What look like a classy avacardo green print is actually a moldy green & muddy brown. All done w/ordering from China. Must do your due diligence & research these American looking online Companies. They play us for fools.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY !!!!!! I’m a curvy lady and over the years Iv learnt to fall in love with my self and accept my self for who I am -without the need to diet and loose weight and to wait until Iv lost weight to buy the pretty dress . And dressing nice and feeling confident is a big thing - Iv purchased dresses from diffent companies and they have come and either not fit right or weren’t comfortable but that’s where curve wow are different their dresses are made for the curvier lady !! Every time I wear my dresses out I get so many compliments from people I don’t even know !! I’m always telling people about them on social media to I love them that much !!
90% of my wardrobe is now curve wow!!
They have started to put outfits together on there instagram stories which I love I purchased a pink denim jacket and some wide leg jeans last week as I saw it on their post -not something I normally would of bought but I absolutely love the outfit !! They do great sales to !! I bought a dress for £10 a few weeks ago and it’s that pretty I’m tempted to buy it again so I have a spare !!!
This week I think Iv placed four orders !! I may have to unfollow them on instagram as every time they post I place an order (ha ha ) ….the value is so good it enables you to do that I bought a beautiful pink dress this week to -it’s STUNNING and was only £10 ! I also ordered my first swimming costume for my holiday from curve wow which Iv just received -I loved it that much Iv ordered a second one and a kaftan !!

So just incase you didn’t know -I love curve wow !! Who ever created the brand -THANK YOU ! ….thank you for making beautiful , flattering ….pretty dresses for the curvier lady !!

Out of all my orders Iv loved everything apart from one dress which I felt didn’t suit me so I sent that back -which was so easy to do and customer service was amazing!!!

First time ordering from curvewow.
I need to return items but the QR Code on the invoice is not working.
No online chat. No phone number just email.
Whilst they replied promptly I'm just being told to do via royalmail link which I have told them multiple times that the link and the code on the invoice is not working.
I need a digital label.
I have spent an hour and a half trying to do this.
Alex has stopped replying to my emails and no human to actually talk to.
Please curvewow sort this out.

Not a great first time experience 😕

I ordered clothes to be delivered on 13/06/26 on next day delivery.Total value with delivery £92 .My parcel wasn't delivered 😕 Royal Mail were the couriers..I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks now .Curve wow said they had to wait for conclusion of an investigation by Royal Mail before any refund could be issued.I have personally been having to chase this up with Royal Mail.Yesterday I finally got an email confirming there is no evidence electronically or photographic that the parcel was delivered to my address.The parcel is classed as missing .I cant however claim from them I have to claim my refund from Curve Wow and they then claim from Royal Mail.Ive forwarded the email confirming conclusion of the investigation but as usual no answer from Curve Wow !!! Im a regular customer but very disappointed in how this matter has been handled by Curve Wow ...I want my money back 😩

I have been playing tennis with curve wow with emails going back and forth with no resolution ...I have got a confirmation email from Royal Mail by chasing the investigation myself seems like curve wow cant be bothered to even contact Royal Mail !!!
I HAVE PERSONALLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM ROYAL MAIL ...THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE ..I FORWARDED THIS E MAIL TO YOU ....THE CONCLUSION IS THE PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MINE AND IS MISSING THEREFORE YOU CAN GET A REFUND FROM THEM !!!! SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK FROM YOU ...I AM JUST GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES HERE ...WHAT INVESTIGATION REF HAVE YOU GOT ..I WILL AGAIN RING ROYAL MAIL MYSELF !!!!
Curve Wow you need to contact Royal Mail ...I have sent the email address to you .....trading standards are getting involved now

Very poor customer service and delivery time is not accurate
I have had no reply from emails sent and still haven't received my order.

I ordered approximately 7 items. One was too small. I am attempting to return the item and purchase a larger size. They keep responding with same canned response. It does not contain anywhere to send the item back or a return slip. I think their customer service is awrful.

2nd edit: CurveWow have made no real attempt to resolve this still, making the same unsuitable recommendation. Incredibly disappointing and no care for accessibility. I will not be shopping with them again.

Edit to add: I have provided the additional information requested and await CurveWow’s contact. I welcome any actual attempt to resolve this and will update my review accordingly.

I placed a large order, several items needed to be returned. I organised collections twice with their courier who unfortunately did not show up. While this is not CurveWow’s fault, their customer service has been dreadful.

Alex (who I can see is mentioned in several other poor reviews) offered no viable solution. There is no point in continuing to book collections when the courier doesn’t even try to collect. Alex’s only solution was for her to re-book collection, which I am perfectly capable of doing on my own, sadly their chosen courier seems unable to bother to collect. I’m now stuck with a heavy and expensive order I’m unable to return.

Do better CurveWow. I can hardly be the only customer with physical/mobility issues.

I bought a dress that looks NOTHING like the picture. It is very poorly made and cheap material. I want to return it but the website makes it almost impossible for returns. Such a disappointment! Worst purchase I have ever made.

I received my dress this morning, and it’s absolutely lovely. It’s really roomy and comfortable, and it looks like it cost far more than I actually paid. I’m genuinely so pleased with it.... amazing, thank you.

I had ordered my size which I thought would fit , but was unable to get them on curvewow had been in touch and offered to send me the next size up , very quickly and efficiently, great customer service 10 out of 10

It's my first time ordering. The web site is very easy to use and there's no annoying pop-ups , adverts or incentives to get your email address.
All my items delivered on time. I'm extremely impressed with the quality for the cost. Little details that show that thought has been put into the design.

I ordered a dress which was received faulty, returned it for an exchange & at the same time e-mailed Alex who assured me a replacement was being kept on one side to ensure the dress didn’t sell out. The replacement arrived ripped in several places, I then sent this back for yet another exchange, if I’d had the time to shop elsewhere I would have given up after 2 faulty dresses, but I had a wedding to attend & no time to shop elsewhere. I also ordered a further 2 of the same dresses from the website incase the 3rd replacement also arrived faulty. These 2 arrived, 1 was just screwed up in the bag with make up around the neck and both were ripped in several places. The 5th arrived and was in an ‘acceptable’ condition for 1 days wear. These products are clearly not quality checked before sending out to customers and after all the messing around, inconvenience and stress that this caused all that was sent in the way of an apology was the £2.99 p&p originally paid. Do not order from this company if you need the item quickly as you can’t rely on the quality.

I’ve ordered and recieved many items of clothing from Curvewow. Always pleased with the quality of the dresses, true to size to for me. I love vibrant colours, and the plus size is a plus. Great prices too.

I have ordered from CurveWow several times and each and every time their products have been very good quality and excellent value for money...their clothes are also very 'buyable' in that they are very colourful and pretty...and feminine..
also I'm in Ireland and their clothes always arrive safely , well packed and in a short span of time...within a week usually ..which is excellent,,
anyway just wanted to give you a shout out for doing a great job..
