Just wanted to leave feedback that Kevin did an excellent job at carrying out an Electrical replaced broken light in the front of my house today. I’m satisfied with bright new light and how well it works at night time. He was friendly, reliable, excellent at communicating. The work was carried out very efficiently and Kevin obviously has a high level of knowledge and experience.

My ILS support worker Jo B has been an amazing help for my husband and me. It has been a relief and break from everyday life when we go shopping and coffee. We've been able to get out with Jo, instead of being stuck in the house. She has been a great enabler. We are going to miss her.

Neil Rogers was absolutely wonderful in helping me and I am extremely grateful to him. He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. He is an exceptional member of staff.

Cannot thank Mel Ben Khadra enough was amazing from the get go such a laugh as well !!! Thank you x

I struggle with understanding and curo has made everything better they explained everything simple and they are easy to get on with.

Kate from ils is a happy person, we trust her and so do my children. She has been so helpful to us, helping anyway she can.

Sheena Archer is Very kind and understanding lady. Knows her job very well and sorted our problems out. Recommend her highly. I think it's nice to have a person like Sheena who comes around to help us with paperwork and calls etc. Many thanks Robert and Colin Fisher.

Joe Issac and Lynn Quick were the main Staff that dealt with my transfer. Joe initially spoke to me. He was clear and informative and let me know exactly what to expect. He returned my calls in a timely manner and his freindly manner made it easy to talk to him.
Lynn, my housing officer met me at the property. Her manner and obvious people skills meant that I was able to relax and feel comfortable with her.
I have a number of diagnosed conditions which mean I struggle with people and find it extremely difficult to trust people and maintain my composure around them. Especially with people in "authority". I was dreading the interactions with them but was pleasantly surprised and very relieved after my interactions with them.

I have been a tenant of theirs for 15 years.
i have been trying to get them to do repairs to their building for over years years now, still waiting on essential repairs!
mould, blown plasterwork, kitchen in shambles, subsidence, rotten roof beams, shoddy plumbing, to name a few problems here.
they have no care to disabled tenants, no care of the property or real maintenance. they do not care when mould issues cause breathing issues and all of the children living in these flats have breathing issues related to the mould problems.
great at taking rent, not so good when it comes to upholding their end of the contract.

Neil Rogers has always been exceptionally helpful.
He is always ready to help with any situation, and his advice has been very constructive. And nothing is too much trouble

Hi assistance has been invaluable, and surely he must be one of your most efficient, and most likeable members of your staff.

Paul Shearer gave me hope when I was homeless and over many years of temporary housing. He always made time for me and his patience and kindness got me through some dark days. He is genuinely a really nice guy and great at his job, he stayed with me through the whole process from beginning to end, i can't thank him enough 😊😊😊

i would like to thank Paul Shearer for his unrelenting support, patience and guidance with supporting myself and my clients at our housing support service with move on. Had a lovely visit from Ben Gratton and Kat today to talk about the upcoming improvement works for our home, it was such a nice gesture and so nice to be able to talk to someone face to face,who could answer questions concisely and take note on my point of view.
Curo should be doing this more often and could learn a lot from Ben and Kat regarding customer relations, great ambassadors for your company.

I have Tasha as my independent living worker. I have a complex relationship with external services and can be guarded. I found tasha to be different from day one. She is non judgemental,open,kind and extremely skilled in autism. She didnt assume what I would struggle with, she learnt about my specific needs, obstacles and is constantly making individual plans for me, and is very open to adapting, changing them based on what does and doesn't work for me. She makes the plan fit me, rather than trying to make me fit a plan. This is invaluable to me, besides my GP she is the 1st person to work with my autism not push against it. She doesn't rush me. She explains what she can offer, she let's it settle with me so I get used to an idea before we action it. The biggest thing for me is she does things WITH me not TO me.
She is fun and a joy to talk to. She makes overwhelming tasks less daunting by explaining step by step how we can tackle it. She makes it feel possible. She never makes me feel im behind, like i should be doing things quicker or ive failed if something isn't working for me. When im feeling low I push people away, not wanting to see or talk to people. But I had a couple of days like that and found I actually wanted to see tasha. She accepts me as I am and where I am. If I feel I havent achieved something she reminds me of things i have done, succeeded at and then builds on what I can do, to increase my confidence in my abilities.She reminds me often of what services they offer and let's me think what I need. She offers gentle prompting, encouragement and motivates me without overwhelming me. She knows I struggle with change so she breaks things down in to small steps and makes it lighthearted and yet with a profound understanding of it being a big achievement and step for me.she has introduced coping skills ive never come across, and never had, due to a late autism 2 diagnosis. I cant tell you how valuable it is to have someone to help me with life who actually understands.
Im a contradiction ! I fear help and change but need help and change. Tasha understood this with out me saying it, and is mindful of the pace of things, and checks in with how its working etc.As a result I dont fear this with tasha as she never makes me feel rushed or out of control. I automatically mask after years of trying to fit in, but ive noticed I am doing this less round tasha, i find our appointment less exhausting because im not working doubly hard! When my GP recommended bereavement counselling, tasha had already referred me! I enjoy seeing tasha, she is thoughtful(txting if plans change etc), patient, compassionate, non judgemental, curious, interested, transparent and so knowledgeable about working with people with autism. She immediately puts me at ease when I see her, even if ive got anxious before hand. I am finding her involvement and presence in my life to be such a valuable source of help. I enjoy her company.Tasha genuinely wanting to learn about how she can use her skills to help me, I am truly thankful for. She wants to make my quality of life improve and help me learn how to make my life work for me as a neurodivergent. She has such a wonderful energy and radiates caring, I feel very lucky to have her to help me. For the 1st time In my life I feel a level of optimism that I can improve. My life has been an existence, wanting to do things differently but not knowing how was a constant barrier and frustration. So I cant express how thankful I am to have tasha helping me. She gives me hope that I lost a long time ago. This is because she actually knows how to help, how to work with my autism, how to adapt things as we go along and find out what works and what doesn't. ive never known how to work with my autism and noone else has tried so this is invaluable to me. The very special combination of Tasha's personality, knowledge, kind heart and caring is a rare spectrum of skills that are unique. I am extremely thankful to have her in my life to help me.
