Ordered items intended as Christmas gifts. Even order confirmation says will ship in 48 hours or 2 days. Almost 2 weeks now and it’s been sitting somewhere with label printed status for almost one week. Direct inquiry and response from their 24/7 customer service has yield nothing but inaccurate information as nothing has happened with my order. Wish I hadn’t placed the order now. If I don’t get some real confirmation it’s been tendered to the shipper I’ll dispute and cancel the charges as I’m leaning towards this being a scammer.

The dresses were perfect! Cuter and more flattering in-person. Yes, the shipping took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the wait! The customer service was wonderful, too. I'll definitely order from here again!

If I could give them a ZERO review I would. The same thing happened to me. I ordered $98 worth of clothing that did not fit and they would NOT give me a refund. To this day, I have clothes that do not fit and now they will not refund me. Horrible customer service. I will not order from this company again. They should be ashamed!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

I spent over $90 for 2 dresses, neither one of them fit and this company gives you no information to return the items. I've emailed and they've offered me $45, the first offer was closer to $12. One of the reasons I ordered from them is because they bragged about having their clothes made in the USA. Which is a lie, see thier response to me below:

If you still want to return, you have to know that you need to pay for the return postage.
And our return address is in Dubai.
Cause the shipping fee is high, we suggest you not to do so.

I typically avoid buying clothes online because they never fit me like the models in the ads. :) However, the dress I purchased on Cumys is perfect! It fits just right and looks amazing! I am so excited to wear it to my nephew's wedding next month. Thank you!

Great Dresses. Everything was consistent... Quality is definitely there for the $$ spent.

I like really like the dress. The fabric is so soft and I am pleasantly surprised how good the quality is! I would recommend ordering your regular size.

Not happy at at. The quality is not good, sizing is off and they said you could do returns but nobody will respond to my email about returning items. I have purchased from SHEIN and found these items to be the same ones but higher priced. I expected better quality and service. I will be contacting my charge card company and disputing this.

The order of 4 dresses arrived in 1 package in a timely manner. All 4 dresses fit perfectly. When you order online you just aren't sure what you will receive but, it was just what I hoped for. Thank You!

The items I ordered do not fit. I followed their instructions for sizing. Their website says Free Returns. They will not give me a prepaid label. Want me to pay the freight to Dubai. Their website doesn’t say anything about Dubai. I would Never have ordered.

I bought 2 dresses and absolutely love them! They are so soft and comfortable and fit perfectly. The colors look exactly like the picture. I will definitely buy other styles!!

I would have given a 5 star rating but one of the items did not fit because it was made for a woman that has little or no breasts. But the dresses are beautiful. I was very happy with the rest of the products I ordered.

I’m very pleased with purchase

I ordered a dress and it did not look good on. I immediately wanted to return. I followed the instructions and contacted customer service. I waited a couple days to hear back through email. They offered to exchange. I replied I wanted a refund. The dress didn’t work for me. Now they are saying they will only give me a $15 credit. The dress cost $58. I have never had a business give me such a hard time about a return. There is no number to call. No person to speak to. All communications are via email and you have to wait a couple days to hear. I do not recommend ordering from Cumys unless you are positive it will fit perfectly and you will love it. This place is ridiculous.

I ordered three bathing suits and two of them were too small. They gave me a credit toward it and I’m very happy with the experience

The quality is very good. I love the styles but I should have ordered the large instead of medium. I would definitely recommend this company.

Black dress cutter on model than in person. Flower dress is cute in person. A little bit smaller than true size.
