Scammers – No items, zero response, and deleting comments

I pre-ordered items worth $175 back on June 26th, and my order has been stuck on "Confirmed" ever since. I have not received a single update regarding my shipment.

Non-existent customer service: I sent multiple emails asking for an update, but they ignore every single message.
When I tried to reach out on their Instagram posts to get a response, they simply deleted my comments instead of answering.

Taking people's money and completely cutting off communication is unacceptable.

At this point, it feels like a total scam. Avoid this shop at all costs

My 3/5 rating is due to the delay in delivery, although I must say that I was warned of the problem with due diligence.

Correct items, but not shrinkwrapped and new as advertised, plus shipping took longer than expected.

Easy to order, navigate site. The book is fantastic and more than I hoped for. I'm very intrigued about the history behind Black/Death metal. Have been a life long fan of heavy metal my whole life and have always enjoyed that style.

De shape of the ordered books was really great. It did took some time, but when it was delivered I was really happy wit the received package

All in all a good experience although I would have liked a little more communication regarding the delay in shipping of my order especially when the fb promotion of the item I ordered was quite aggressive with it being in stock and ready to ship, three weeks in advance of me receiving my order.

Very friendly little company. Can't recommend it enough.

Clear communication, my order was a preorder and they kept giving me updates about when it would be ready. Delivery came when expected and the book is beautiful. Big fan of the company will be buying from them again often!
