This is a company from china and I am from china. But, I am really shame of this company. Paid 10 pounds and never received the sim card after numerous calling. In the end, I asked for money back, never happen again. In the end, I have to raise a dispute in my credit card company. Horrible.

Great $1 Promotion saving money
I participated in their $1 promotion for first month. The SIM card was FREE shipped to my home oversea, and I got 8GB LTE data and unlimited calling&text worldwide. Was worried about their services, but the customer service is nice and helped me to activate the card.

Sounded very attractive But phone number NEVER activated
Sounded very attractive. Tried, costed me $5, to apply for the package. Package arrived promptly in about 5 days via priority mail. Activated on web, indicating "activation successful". However, phone number never got activated. CTEXCEL's citing zip code error, even though zip is confirmed correct. Has taken more than a week so far, no luck. Called customer service many times and left my contact (email and phone number). Upto this date, zero response from CTEXCEL. Customer service (physically in China), no help. They only ask me to keep waiting.

Worst service ever. Cheated my money and the phone card didn’t work at all and no return. No signal at home, customer service doesn’t know any English, no skills at all! Will never consider it or recommend it to anyone else. Don’t ever try this company!
