Csl Furniture Arvostelua 

Bought a large sofa from CSL, and am very happy with it. It feels of good quality and is very comfortable. Good price and came quickly.
The staff in the Wembley showroom were friendly and helpful without being pushy.

I ordered my sofa via the phone and the person who took all my details was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the sofa I'd seen on-line and the different colours available. We talked about the size of the sofa and the finish and how it had been made and then went through the ordering process. The delivery was spot-on, at the date and time which had been discussed and agreed and it all went very smoothly. I had been slightly nervous about ordering such a large piece of furniture which I'd only seen on-line but it was even better 'in the flesh' and I knew if it hadn't been the right sofa for me then I could return it with no hassle. CSL were an excellent company to deal with, no pushy salespeople, no hard sell, just great customer service from start to finish.

My sofas were delivered bang on time and the delivery guys took great care to not only unwrap them and take away the packaging but also place them where I wanted them to go. Top service. Highly recommend

I bought a sofa and took out insurance. When it arrived (Jan 2013) it had a tiny hole in the leather.

The technician came out and agreed it was a hole and tried to fill it.

This did not work but when I called the technical support team they asked me to send more photo's and then said there was nothing they could do as it was a 'nat bite'. Their own technician had said it was a 'hole'.

After much discussion another technician came out who confirmed it was NOT a 'nat bite' and was in fact a pin hole.

While looking at my sofa the second technician managed to snap the connectors on my sofa (its a corner sofa).

The technical helpdesk then agreed to re-cover the damaged part of the sofa. They then called me a week later to ask whether I can live with it as they (again) thought it was a 'nat bite'. I said no and they said they would fix it but this would take up to 6 weeks.

It's now mid-July and it is still not fixed - I've not used the sofa since I've had it (even left the labels on it).

Terrible service if you have an issue.

still waiting for customer service manager phone call 2 months now plus still no care kit .Sick of ringing up everybody just passing the buck. Will not be recommending csl to anybody.

Ordered two corner sofas. One l-hand and one r-hand. Turned them into a seven seater and a corner section with puff attached as a chair. Why don't you tell people that it's possible to create a sofa just for them .why settle for the norm when you can build your own .

I needed a new sofa and after checking several options on line, I went to CSL's showroom at a North London Shopping Centre. The choice was good and the personnel were helpful and very pleasant.

Once I ordered the sofa, it was delivered as promised and, once again, the personnel who delivered it were pleasant, helpful and efficient.

I am very happy with the experience.

They said it will take 14 weeks but it is often much faster than that! They were wrong or they just wanted to make me feel better. By the time it (the monster chair) arrived i had forgotten what it looked like and where I had bought it from. Luckily they sent me e mails to tell me that they were still building my monster chair so I got a reminder once a month that I had bought it from CSL. I will never buy anything again without making a paper life size pattern of it and putting it in my living room. The chair (I only bought the one chair) is a monster. It is far too big.... it looked much smaller in the showroom. On the plus side it matches my other furniture and is very comfy. I just wish it wasn't such a monster chair. !!!!

I would definitely recommend csl sofas to anyone there service is second to none! From the staff in the store to the delivery drivers everything is excellent not to mention the sofa! Once again cannot stop recommending them!!

I am extremely pleased with the service received from CSL. The salesman was great, not pushy at all. I was kept informed about the delivery date on a regular basis and there were no delays. The two gentlemen who delivered the furniture were very friendly and helpful and tidied up after themselves after setting out the suite exactly where I wanted it. Our new suite is so comfortable that I am having to make a great effort to get off it. It looks fabulous too.

It's our 3 rd sofa and if we ever have a issue it is sorted straight away nothing is too much trouble and all there staff are great 5 stars off me again thanks a lot

Really love this suite the colour is perfect and it is so comfy.

Suite was delivered on the date promised, which was only 3 days after ordering, I had my reservations but they proved me wrong. We noticed a minute blemish in the leather, had to look hard to see it. A call was made to arrange a visit from a specialist to assess the blemish. Here we go I thought, 6 months wait to be told, 'you must have done it'. The next day we were called and an appointment made 3 days hence. 'Oh yeah'. 3 days later the chap called inspected and quite correctly announced it was a very slight mark in the hide itself. Even after this he did a little bit of magic and, 'Hey Presto'. Mark GONE! The service was exceptional, the suite is as good as the day it was delivered 8 months ago. There is no sag in any cushion, and the recliners work exactly as they should. So pleased I went to CSL. Fed up with the 'smooth talk and aftershave' brigade who simply want to shift stuff that isn't as described.. Trouble is CSL, the suite seems so good, I can't see us returning for a long time....

Sofa is good but CSL would not allow is to collect sofa and charge per bum space.... scandalous!

Second purchase from csl, this time bought the vantage sofa had it about 2 months now and so far so good looks and feels lovely

Sales assistants very pushy as working on commission however so desperate for sales you can tend to get a better deal by calling their bluff that your not going to buy :-) 3 days without replying to his email and all of a sudden I've got £200 off and free delivery!

Tell you will be dismantled for delivery, message wasn't passed to delivery men so came in one piece bit of a squeeze but they got it in, delivery men were very nice and helpful

All together a very good experience would recommend both CSL and the sofa

How long do you have.
Damaged my staircase and got no compensation, sofa arrived damaged, delievery drivers were poor, call centre were rude and useless.

So bad I sent my story to Watchdog.

My first purchase of a Chair was unsuitable when delivered to my home.
I had it for 2 days and it was unused but I felt it was too big for my lounge. After enquiring at the CSL store if it was possible to exchange this was refused. The chair was paid for at time of purchase.
This has made me very wary of any more purchases from CSL in the future.

I ordered sofa is comfortable I recommend it

Good service in store and excellent updates on delivery dates. The delivery was made on time and two installers were very careful and efficient.

Please dont waste your time buying a sofa from here. I have spent a total of £88.45 in phone calls to this company and they do not care about you. The Sales people are fantastic, but the customer service is shocking, no calls back and if you want a response you have to pay to get any kind of resolution. I paid for my sofa in full on the day and if I had paid for it via monthly installments I would have refused to pay. More fool me for paying in full!!!!
