Fantastic service from crystal clear big thank you to the customer service / maintenance team- a big pane of glass was smashed by a separate scaffolding contractor and the team did a great job replacing the glass and helping with some other minor maintenance niggles - great job guys 👍

Crystal Clear provided a first class service from first enquiry at their showroom through to the final installation which was completed by a very professional team who took careful attention to detail. An excellent product which met all our expectations - highly recommended!

We recently had our windows and doors fitted by Crystal Clear, I am very happy to say the company and service was very professional throughout.
From James carrying out the initial survey to the tradesmen and the final fitting.
The team responsible for the fitting were very helpful, knowledgeable, as well as always tidy and thorough.
Keeping us informed of the process and timescales daily.
I have used Crystal Clear in the past many times over the years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first class job, also the peace of mind and the confidence it will be completed on time to a very high standard.
Thank you Crystal Clear.

Kevin and Jason did a great job and were efficient and speedy in replacing 5 windows, with the minimum of disruption. There was a measurement error with one of the window casings and they arranged for a new one to be manufactured and installed within 24hrs. Worked around scaffolding that was already on the building.

We have recently had work undertaken by Crystal Clear. They installed 6 new aluminium windows for us and reinstalled 5 windows and a sliding door due to us having external insulation and render. One of the old windows was dropped and the glass smashed which they replaced. The sliding door was damaged when it was removed and they have still to repair the damaged. 2 of the new windows (on new build parts of the house) had leaks which we hope have now repaired. Our current position is that there is still damage to the sliding door and none of the windows, new or old, open or close properly and we are scared to use them. My son's window won't even seal and the draught has caused him to have a cold. I have tried calling the office but no one is returning my calls. This has happened throughout the process and has caused our whole family considerable stress which they don't care about at all.

Exellent workers/neat clean polite . No mess highly recommend

Punctuality was good. Helpful with movement of furniture. Clearing up at the finish of work was pretty good. Overall I was pleased with the result

Crystal Clear were very helpful throughout the process of replacing our old wooden windows. They made every effort to meet our needs and keep within our budget which we really appreciated. We made the mistake of not checking closely enough the final pre-fitting details and paid the price(literally) as one window was fitted incorrectly, despite many earlier discussions. The windows looked great on fitting, but we found some that had been badly scratched during the fitting process, and these had to be replaced as well. We are pleased with the overall appearance of our new doors and windows and the final quality of the work, but learned the lesson of the importance of double checking and monitoring everything at every stage.

Kevin and Jason were very friendly and efficient. Did and excellent job. They made sure everything was clean and clear when they left.

Brilliant job excellent fitters very pleased.

From the start the company were very helpful and professional. We wanted a larger window and they advised us on the design possibilities. Ordering was easy and they explained the process. The fitters were very clean and tidy. The window was fitted with minimal disruption, the result was better than we hoped for ! Overall we would recommend this company 100%

We loved our experience with CrystalClear right from the start. We visited the showroom and were greeted with a professional and curious welcome. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to provide us with information and guidance. The installation process was very well executed and communicated, throughout. The workmanship was exceptional regarding the quality of work, tidiness during the process and the final finish. We could not be happier with the result and will definitely use their services in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you. Special thanks to Dean for exceptional service and installation crew for their great work ethic.

£5400 SAVED
Thanks to Crystal Clear for their honest and transparency,we saved £5400.

We had 6 windows that were made fitted and fitted poorly 5 years ago by another double glazing company.

Due to the draft coming through we decided to have them replaced.
We had 2 quotes of £6000 and £5400 from other double glazing companies..
Then, a friend recommended and spoke highly of Crystal Clear and that we should get a quote from them as well,so we did.

The surveyor came around and to our amazement,Said we do not need to replace these windows at all..

All the windows needs was extra ventilation and weather seals and rubbers replaced, that's it.

We were shocked as the 2 other companies did not mention that at all.

Thankyou,Crystal Clear

First providing a superb product - beautifully manufactured - we love them! Also the installers wer great too - friendly and efficient. Absolutely no complaints at all!

My door looks great and the process was really efficient all the way through. Installation on the day was quick and tidy too.

Quick and reliable service. Doors look great and the fitters were polite and efficient.

Very efficient firm. Everything well organised, communication excellent.

Third time customers... Great every time!

From initial contact right through to installation Crystal Clear have been a pleasure to work with. James Mizen went the extra mile in agreeing to do the work with complicated arrangements over access. James attended site in person accompanied by his sons and other colleagues to make sure everything went smoothly. Their communications were great and they are all very pleasant to deal with. Their standard of work is excellent. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Crystal Clear, and they will certainly be my ‘go to’ for any future window related work.
