Crystal Awards Supplier Arvostelua

The Engraved Port Decanter which I ordered arrived promptly after the confirmation email of the layout for the engraving, all done in a week, you can't ask for better than that. Well done team, great job. It will now grace the Officers' Mess table on Dinner Nights.

Very quick service and exactly the quality you would expect

I ordered engraved glasses which arrived quickly and were well packaged.

Ordered a decanter and glasses with a personalised message for a colleague's leaving present. all sorted and delivered within a week.

I contacted Crystal Awards Supplier with an idea I had for gifts for my best man and ushers at my wedding. Jackie helped me with my enquiry and liaised with the engravers on how best to supply the source graphics and continued to help with various issues that cropped up with the design along the way. I took a long time to get my design together but once finalised and payment sent over, the whole order was turned around with custom laser engraving in a matter of days. Brilliant service and fast turn around. Couldn't recommend more!

Very good glass decanter and tumblers - Heavy and good quality. Very speedy service and extremely good value.
Thoroughly recommended. Thank you

Quality product and excellent customer service - The delivery company used dropped the goblet over our back gate onto a concrete floor while we were out breaking the base of it (this even though it was well packaged with "glass fragile" all over the box), Jackie was very helpful in getting me a replacement sent out before the resiprients birthday two days later, Thanks so much for that, 5 star service!

i spoke to people there telling i required urgently. next day the glass arrived . Great engraving just what i required.

Item very nice, presentation box nice, logo etching nice. Very pleased with product. However the postage is outrageous, It costs loads more than I paid for the actual item. The box it arrived in was massively over the top as with the bubble wrap inside the box. They say multiple purchases will bring the postage cost down. I will order again but will expect a substantial postage reduction!

Really great service and quality thank you

I thought the tankard was going to be a pint but it was much smaller

Decanter was as described and of high quality.
Engraving was ok but not consistently sharp throughout
Purchasing process and Speed of delivery was excellent

Just what we ordered and in good time. Thank you.

I purchased an engraved Decanter from Crystal Awards and was looked after by Jackie quite brilliantly.

We got what we wanted quickly and with no hitches

Had to cancel & had no issues, even after engraving.
Would go out of my way to use the company again, in order to show my appreciation

The award was ordered with very little time to spare. Arrived on time and great product.

Thank you.
