No communication. Delivery not made. When I called they said they would call back but never did. Wouldn’t trust them.

Dear Customer,
We are sorry that you did not receive the best of service from our company. We did try to call you on a number of occasions before you placed this review - including leaving a voicemail to inform you of the delay to your order being dispatched due to an issue with our couriers.
Your order was subsequently dispatched on Friday several hours after we left you a message. I have also discussed with the staff that in future if there are any delays to update the customers immediately.
We take our reviews seriously and thank you for bringing to our attention this issue which has now been rectified.
If we can help you further in any way please contact our manager who will be happy to sort out any other issues.

They lost my order
They lost my order - I am now awaiting replacements. Not sure why they would ask for my review before actually delivering anything! They were at least suitably apologetic.

The service I received from Crocatile was excellent. I had to return three times for advice, not about the tiles, but the tiler who did the job. Craig, who assisted me each time, was knowledgable, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you again.
