Crewroom Arvostelua

All the items I have purchased have been really great quality. I ordered leggings, the northwest hoodie, the essential tee and 2 rowing suits and all have been really comfortable and look great!

Bought as a birthday present for a fellow crew member. He loves it. It looks good and is certainly hi-vis.

Great kit, good fabric and fit. More importantly responsive and kind team behind the brand. THANK YOU for your recent help - so much appreciated

Very quick. Ordered on Sunday and it was delivered on Thursday.

Outstanding service, going out of their way to help with a garment for my son. Totally brilliant. Thank you to Sophie for your excellent customer service. It was really appreciated :)

Everything I bought (a lot!) so far are soooo good, fits very well and super comfortable!

Quick to order, received promptly. Product as advertised Fit good. Happy customer

Changed size easily

Great products and great service; you can actually have someone on the phone if you need help.

Promise a 10% discount and then take it off as you pay. No way to cancel the order with out contacting them. Not the best practice.

Bought a Hi-Viz Gilet last year. Exactly what I was looking for to use both in a boat and on the bike. Excellent quality, correct sizing, delivered on time. I also found the telephone advice when buying extremely helpful, and if I do need any new kit I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Crewroom again.

Great kit, high quality, flattering & so comfy

So easy to order, the little things done well like an accurate sizing chart. Quick delivery and really nice quality... 10/10

Bought another men's Elite Rowing Suit for my son, good quality, very comfortable, good fit. He's very happy with it. Good customer service too, helpful and responsive.

I love all my crew room items. They just fit. Finally, I have a uni that actually looks good on me. Also love the shirts, the caps and my softshell jacket. Great material. Great look. Best rowing clothes I own. Keep coming back. Greetings from Vienna

I’ve ended up accidentally building a full Crewroom wardrobe at this point… and I can’t say I’m disappointed about it at all!

Most recently I picked up the North West track pants (blue in XS and black in S) and a couple of pairs of the No Fuss Legging II (navy glitch and black) in the Easter sale. Everything fits beautifully and feels really well made.

I also already own a few North West hoodies, which I absolutely adore. The fabric is incredibly soft and cosy, and I pretty much live in them. They work just as well for training as they do for everyday wear.

I’ve tried a lot of rowing kit brands over the years, and Crewroom stands out not just for quality, but also for value. Some of my older pieces have lasted for years and still hold their shape and feel great even after a lot of washes, which is where other brands have let me down.

I also picked up the Yeti fleece gilet at WeHoRR and it’s become my go-to for that awkward “not quite jacket, not quite t-shirt” weather.

A big plus for me is the fit. Especially as a woman, it actually feels like the kit is designed to fit properly rather than just scaled up or down.

Overall, it’s comfy, durable, great value, and very easy to justify buying “just one more thing”, which is how I got here. I’ve already got a few more items on the way and can’t wait for them to arrive!

I’ve personally only had really positive experiences so far - super helpful and friendly 🙏🏻

Delighted with my recent order. Some great bargains from the end of line sale. Lovely soft stretchy fabrics giving a perfect fit. Fast delivery 10/10!!

Crewroom quality has dropped massively. They used to supply quality rowing kit. When I ordered 2x identical elite shorts, firstly the wrong size arrived, the replacement then arrives in a completely different shade of blue, and the logo was in different places. A piece of plastic was also attached to the shorts around the logo, left over from manufacture. I was told “we don’t offer a colour matching service”. It is not at unreasonable expectation that if 2x identical products are ordered, they are the same! They blamed their “warehouse partner” (Chinese dropshipper perhaps, judging by the quality). I’ll never buy from Crewroom again, which is a shame as the old stuff I have from them is great.

The size does not correspond with everything else I own and the quality of the leggings is not as good as others I own for example Nike and sweaty Betty.
