We then support our hand-picked product selection with the type of fanatical customer service ethos that can only be found at a small family company like ours.
On our website, you'll find a curated selection of brands and products we feel proud to put our name to - the best in their class - the Creme de Vape!

Amazing Service
I have been using Creme de Vape for over 12 years and have never been disappointed. The e liquids are really nice and have been ordering on a regular basis. The delivery is so fast.
The customer service is brilliant, I had a question and got a reply within a very short time.
The prefilled lost Mary is very nice.
You even get a sweetie in the carefully packed items.

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Wouldn't go anywhere else
Since opening an account this is the only place I go to for my vaping needs and I have been vaping for nearly 8 years now. I guess that speaks volumes on its own, well done keep up the great work,

One of the best out there. Period.
From a customer who orders from around the world on a regular basis this was absolutely one of if not the best online companies I have ever dealt with. In an industry with so many scam sites (and trust me, sometimes you have to throw yourself out there, yet I have learned to do my homework first, and I have have been ripped off to the tune of well over a thousand dollars) this place is definitely not only 100% legit but one of the best as far as customer service, response time, quality products and one of the most helpful) I appreciate all the patience and time spent working with me. Their promptness and shipping process is fantastic. Also the packaging is the best I've ever seen. Appreciate the extras they threw in my purchase. The creme de vape pouch to keep my piece in looks stunning. I enjoyed the chocolate. It's the little things that mean a lot me. I'd like to give a shout-out to all of those that work there and I definitely look forward to doing business with them in the future. If anyone is thinking about doing business with this place my recommendation is do not hesitate. Much love guys and again many thanks. Bruce

Hello Bruce,
I wanted to thank you for your custom and for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback about your first experience with Creme de Vape. So sorry to hear you've been scammed elsewhere before, it is shocking and rather upsetting how widespread it's getting these days.
I am thrilled you've found us and that you appreciate the kind of old-fashioned service we pride ourselves on and we very much look forward to serving you again in the future.

I've dealt with this company since they were known as Cloud 9 - and in all those years their service has been second-to-none.
Enquiries are dealt with promptly and personally - goods are dispatched quickly and well-packaged.
They always were - and remain - a safe bet.

Hi Dave,
Many thanks for your custom and your lovely feedback. I'm thrilled you were happy with the service and the way we presented your order. They all said I was mad when I started the company and decided we'd gift-wrap our customer's purchases, but to me, vaping is a gift we've been given that's helped us away from the very dangerous habit we used to have, and I want everyone to feel that way when they open their vape mail. I am glad you felt it and I hope we can serve you again soon!
