At Creme de Vape, our passion for vaping is at the core of everything we do.
We carefully source and select products we're excited about and happy to use ourselves. We put them through their paces, testing them personally ensure they meet and (hopefully) exceed our uncompromising standards in terms of quality, performance, aesthetics and value for money.
We then support our hand-picked product selection with the type of fanatical customer service ethos that can only be found at a small family company like ours.
On our website, you'll find a curated selection of brands and products we feel proud to put our name to - the best in their class - the Creme de Vape!
We strive to offer the smooth, fuss-free shopping experience we would want to receive. If we ever fall short of our high standards or you're not fully satisfied for any reason, we welcome your feedback - please contact us or reply to your order confirmation, and we'll get right back to you to put things right.

- Something for everyone
- From top-quality beginner's kits, to high-end enthusiast's devices & accessories and everything in between - we've got you covered.
- Quality assured
- We source only from manufacturers who adhere to the strictest quality control and testing standards so you can be certain we are supplying a high quality consistent product which doesn't contain anything it shouldn't.
- Delivery from stock
- All items shown "in stock" on our site really are in stock in our UK warehouse. Buy now with confidence we can deliver straight away.
- Choice of payment options
- Payment options include PayPal, credit/debit card and bank transfer, as well as cash on collection for customers lucky enough to be local to us here in Chesham.
- First Class delivery
- There's no point us going the extra mile, only to be let down by slow or unreliable delivery companies. That's why we partner only with Royal Mail and DHL and use only their premium services. A little pricier than the "value" delivery companies perhaps, but you get what you pay for, literally!

Premium purchases used to be shipped…
Premium purchases used to be shipped with Royal Mail First Class Next day, initially looked like Royal Mail but turned out to be DPD. These drivers are next to useless, cannot spot a massive sign on the front door, or the shed directly opposite with a solid UPVC door and a key in it. Instead they have to be re- directed to a local post office. Of the few times they have actually been able to read the sign on my front door, they have left the item in the shed but not bothered to secure it.
I guess times are getting hard for Creme de Vape if your having to rely on dodgy dispatch companies.
Royal Mail always use my shed and always lock the door and post the key. If the shed is already locked they will re-attempt delivery the next day and inform me.
Thanks Lisa for your response, Crem'e De Vape will always be my first choice for quality vaping products.

Hi Paul,
Many thanks for taking the time to review us again and let us know you were let down by DPD. They are a premium delivery company but clearly didn't provide a premium service to you. We are actually dropping the DPD service so any purchases you make in the future will be shipping by Royal Mail (or DHL if you choose that option at checkout).
Many thanks for your continued custom and we hope to serve you again soon.
Lisa
Edited: You'll be pleased to know, we dropped DPD as an option in February 2026, so when next day delivery is selected, your package will always be sent by the Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery service.
I’ve been using Crème de Vape since…
I’ve been using Crème de Vape since 2013 and the service has always been excellent. Every order has arrived on time and I’ve never had any issues. Their pricing is very competitive, and I regularly find great bargains across their range. Reliable, good value, and consistently professional—highly recommended based on long-term experience.
