Wow Wow wow! Jay Lofthouse! what an experience! he literally couldnt do enough for me. I am the most impatient person in the world! went through loads of different cars until we found the perfect car at an incredible price! Picking up my BMW 5 series on the 9th of January! I couldn't be happier!

I stumbled upon this company accidently after being denied with another company. The support, availability from the start was great. They helped look for a car, they contacted the dealer for me. Any questions I had were answered speedily. I got my car in good time. There was no stress. Thank you to Carly and Jack for all of their assistance. I would encourage anyone to go with company.

Genuinely contacted the finance team with the hope of doing mutual business on behalf of a retail customer, however was truly shocked with the response from someone in the ‘Finance Team’ abruptly being told our Dealership did not qualify even with hundreds of reviews on Auto Trader giving us a 4.4 Rating overall as ‘Auto Trader Reviews aren’t worth a Fart, because anyone can make them up’????
Also a Green 4 Star 3.9 ‘Great’ rating on Trust Pilot also was irrelevant because they would only look at a garage that had a 4.0 or above????? I fully appreciate that any Broker would carry out due diligence on potential ‘Dealer Partners’ but to dismiss the largest Dealer Platform in such a disrespectful way, stating that over 400 reviews from happy customers were irrelevant even though they are all verified is beyond belief? I am truly disappointed of the narrow minded attitude and truly hope this level of service is not passed on to its finance customers, however I strongly fear that sadly it does.
When asked if there was anyone I could speak to regarding the matter the response was very clear…….. nothing will change end of!!! If you are going to use this company then all I suggest is, be very cautious and careful and check everything and take advice before a potential costly mistake, as if this attitude is the same for aftersales then I would hate to be on the receiving end!

Financing a vehicle is not something that should be rushed. Unfortunately I felt rushed when dealing with Carly. I appreciate that Credit Plus is not a lender and only a broker so they just want to close a deal and get their commission but Carly made me feel like I was being a nuisance and had absolutely no personal touch to her customer service at all. Even the car dealership commented on how "rude" Carly was on the telephone. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Credit Plus has been a god send for me, I didn't think I could get accepted for car finance due to several reasons, but the guy who dealt with me Pierre Cervello, he was amazing, he was on the fone and email to me over about 3 days and eventually got me accepted! If you want a really competent friendly guy to help you ask for him, he's the best! Thanks Pierre :-)

Honestly this was a bad experience. Truthfully everything from the start it sounded too good to be true. I have never had credit for something like this before and wasn’t 100% sure how things worked. But as I suspected things seemed to take a turn for the worst. I was being constantly bombarded with calls and especially tex from guy called (ross) to my personal mobile number. I was simply trying to take my time to decide I was picking the right car, but I just felt so pressured into taking the first car I was that I decided not to go ahead with it. Although I think the decision to withdraw my application was decided by ross as he mentioned in the tex to me that he would be withdrawing it. Just seemed to be perhaps chasing the commission they may get from a successful application/sale

Is this another time wasting company??? I receive emails saying my application has been successful & an agent will contact me but no one ever has. Also sent several emails over the past few months; none of which have been responded to. Apparently Rachael Gentry is my personal consultant but I’ve never received any contact from her. My time is precious; please don’t waste it!

What a complete disaster from the start.
I have someone called Carly and she was terrible.
She never got back to you when she said she would and also when you did speak to her it was like she couldnt be bothered.
She really needs some customer service training.
I went with Zuto in the end as i was sick to death of Creditplus and how long things took.

Made my experience of buying my dream motorbike easy and hassle free ! Couldn’t recommend enough

Absolutely appalled and disgusted by the treatment I received from Credit Plus. I was let down by them for 2 cars, one of which I had already signed the agreement documents for. After being assured by the business manager Luke, that the agreement was cancelled, the credit company took their first payment a few weeks later. Credit Plus had not cancelled my agreement which I was then locked into and was paying for a car I did not have. To make matters worse, my phone calls and emails were ignored and eventually I had to go via the credit company directly to chase Luke and his director to resolve. My credit score has decreased as a result of the “loan” which should have been cancelled straight away.
I would steer well clear of Credit Plus as they are highly unprofessional and totally lacking in any form of customer care.

I used GO CAR CREDIT company to help us buy a car. Najem ( company agent ) helped us to secure the car with professionalism. From beginning to the end.

After 2 months, we had some issue with car. Called Najem and without any hesitation, he stepped up and worked beyond any expectation to be the mediator between the car dealer and with myself. He is kind, efficient, friendly and someone you can rely on in times of need. His work attitude is highly regarded. He is a treasure to the company for sure.
She made me feel very much supported in the time I badly needed help in liaising w/ the car dealer.

Big up Najem 100 times! Made the experience so smooth and so easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing experience thanks to Najem, as he provided holistic customer service, answering all of my queries from agreement to collection of the car from the dealership. While doing so he was also able to direct me towards other useful services necessary for ease of mind while dealing with finance. Would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.
