Signing up to CreditLadder is simple and only takes a few minutes. Register your details and once completed, connect your bank account to provide CreditLadder with read only access. You keep paying your rent as you do today - CreditLadder does not collect your rent.
Each month CreditLadder will match the rent payments you have made to your landlord or letting agent through the secure bank connection you’ve created. This information is then shared with Experian, Equifax, TransUnion and Crediva and will appear on the respective statutory reports.
CreditLadder has been reporting rent payments since 2016, is regulated by the FCA, and has reported over £1bn in rent payments.

I was helped by lovely Asa in rentals for credit ladder as my latest rent payments have been made a bit early and thusly hadn’t been picked up by the automated system.
I sent proof of having paid rent this month to the customer service team at 21:00 the night before and I was surprised and very happy to see that by 9;00 next morning, the details had all been uploaded into the system and my account had been updated accordingly.
Super fast and polite customer service.
Furthermore since using credit ladder for the past month, my credit score went up by 90 points ! Something I didn’t even see possible without this help.
I am so grateful for and happy with credit ladder and their competent and kind staff!!!

Perfect for reporting rent…
You can report your rent and increase credit score for free. However the system can sometimes confuse payment dates but staff was helpful and corrected it.

A game changer for me.

My Mandatory QR Question
Connection to bank account was a 2 month problem. Also, I have 11 year exemplary rental record which cannot be backdated due to the government. However what I would like to see for future generations is a much broader brighter browser brief and a mandatory QR reference on ALL final tenancy documentation for tenants to take advantage of this essential resource for us tenants. Credit Ladder could be the trailblazer for tenants by building our profiles NOW in readiness for when historical rent reporting restrictions are lifted by the government. What I could do to a politician just now is not printable 🥴😉
