I love the cotton twisted cable I got
I love the cotton twisted cable I got. It is very hard to find natural fibres on these kinds of products these days, so very grateful. My only concern was better attention to addressing customer questions when a query is sent. Otherwise very happy.

I have received items quickly which was…
I have received items quickly which was great. One of the ceiling plates did not work properly so my electricians had to buy new bolt pieces. The company would benefit from having a phone to call. I tried to trouble shoot this issue with the ceiling plate not working and call but there was no phone to call.
