Craft Stash Arvostelua 

One of my favourite craft sites, has some excellent designers especially Daisy Mae and Made to Surprise. The prices are generally always the best value and delivery is quick. Their customer service is also excellent and they are quick to respond and resolve any issues you may have. Would definitely recommend to all crafters, check them out you won’t be disappointed.👍👍

UPDATED: I telephoned customer services to try again for my order, whilst they didn’t seem to pick up on the need to address their website gremlin they did happily take my order and it arrived in good time. Haven’t placed any subsequent orders.

Really disappointed.

New customer, created the account days ago but can’t log in, reset password too, just keeps going around in a loop.

Same thing is happening with trying to checkout my shopping basket, nearly £100, just keeps looping.

Way too many marketing emails already 😒

My order came just two days after I put it in. I always get my orders delivered quickly and if I ever have a query they deal with it straight away The prices are very reasonable and they have a vast amount of craft items. I can't thank them enough!

Ordered one cricut maker on 25th feb
Today 13th March. Not received item yet in Ireland. Not happy. Not interested to deal again.

I get endless emails from this company even tho I unsubbed weeks ago. I blocked them and now my spam folder is full of them. I had 4 today alone. Stop sending them!

Appalling customer service!
They are not setup for Brexit at all so are over charging EU customers.
To make matters worse they aren't rectifying any of their issues instead make it out its the customers problem - awful awful service!!
So disappointing
Also yes their welcome 20% off codes are not applicable to everything - would recommend you go elsewhere

A completely useless website and company. I have tried and tried and tried to place an order which will not go through. You have to sign in (so they can endlessly email you). When I signed up I was told a 20% discount code would come through within 24 hours - nothing received - so I emailed, tried calling, did an online chat, still nothing and they said it must be in my junkmail but was not!. Two days later, tried again, did online chat who gave me the discount code but same problem - could not order as the Place Order button not working - so they said via online chat - must be my computer - so I tried ordering using MS Edge rather than Chrome - same problem - so I tried placing the order using my smartphone - same problem. They said they would call me ......I am still waiting!

Orders came quickly! I didn't receive my 20% off first order code however. Email said I'd receive it within 24 hours. It's been 6 days.

Products are great, but emails advertising offers are misleading at best. eg say postage is free, when only on certain types of magazines not all, advertise free between 22 - 29th November, when its only free on one of those dates. No customer service at weekend, so you order and then find out the offers don't apply when you contact cs on Monday.

Great products fast delivery. They do need more items in stock as there is a lack of items sadly. Nevertheless the discounts and bonus points are a great incentive to purchase time and time again to get money off.

Craft stash used to be my favourite site for all craft supplies at brilliant prices. But in the last couple of months most items I want are out of stock. I’ve messaged them asking about what is happening but no reply. Does anybody know what is going on?

OrderEd items totalling £72 on 20/6/20. Order not received. Order ‘processing’ still (30/6/20). No reply to phone, no reply to emails sent. No ‘message service. Very disappointing. I will be heading to try and get a refund through PayPal.

Recieved order. Had mentioned that I had been trying ti use the discount spend over 40, but that the basket kept crashing. Spoke to somebody, who said they would refund discount. Which would have been fine, either way. Then I recieved the order 9 days later, normally despatched couple days, and two stamperia items missing. They had actually refunded and just removed two items from my order. That is dishonest. One of those was for a popular channel, a guest project I am involved in which would have got them some views, but, never mind! Update on the machine: I can send it back, but going to be expensive by dpd. Oh well. Buyer beware. I think they took the #$%&.

Omg..I just received my .So beautifully organised stationary box 1 Floral..I am blown away this box cost me £11.48 that's with postage and all ..I subscribe to 8 or 9 different stationary boxes and this has just exceeded my expectations every item I picked up there was an even nicer one underneath such good quality and Value thank you Craft Stash ..I'm going to be scooping up lots of things from this site ...Such I nice generous box of goodies no scrimping on the contents or quality ..a welcome smile on my face during these hard times ..10 stars outta 5

Disappointing first order with this company. My order came to £118...and it was all stuffed and squashed in a Jiffy bag. There were so many items in there you couldn’t get any more in. Consequently some items were damaged and I had to contact Customer Services and ask for replacements. Quick response from them and although fairly apologetic, they said their warehouse was trying out new ways to send things. Yes, cheaply.

I have been ordering from this website for a while now and have always had a good experience,, however lately I have ordered products when they have had plenty in stock! And even bought add on dies to match certain die series however the last couple of times the products I ordered have not turned up !! When I complained I was told that there were some problems with the picking and either royal Mail and although craftstash gave me the tracking numbers all I get from royal mail is a message stating that we can only give you delivery progress once we attempt to deliver ?? In other words the parcel is lost ?? And you have no way of claiming for it of even getting it! Although Craftstash refunded me I really wanted the product which is now out of stock and I do not think it will ever be in stock? But this is now happening more frequently just hope they do not get to big ? And their good service suffers as a result. X

I discovered this craft supply store a while ago while looking for Jane Davenport mixed media suppy. I had problems finding many of these products in Europe. I'm very happy I've found this place. They carry a large selection of JD supplies and many other brands. I've ordered several times and must say that I'm very happy with the whole process! I live in Germany and order products from the UK a lot. It generally takes 10-15 days until I receive any order from Britain. With Craftstash I receive my packages within two days of ordering. I'm very happy with Craftstash. Ordering my art supplies is very easy for me now.

I order craft products from this company for my crafting interests. They sell everything from art supplies to papercraft supplies and they have a wonderful stockline from American Crafts to Sissix and everything in between and beyond. So, they have a great selection of top brands for crafters and the prices are very competitive. I usually shop at The Works for basics for card making but recently I have used these guys. They have a comprehensive range and they have special offers routinely. Their delivery service is quick and everything I have ordered from them has arrived timeously and well packaged. So they deserve 5 stars for this.
