Always the best Blue Crab
I love blue crab, unfortunately am land locked and can’t get my own. I went through multiple online companies and was mostly disappointed. Crab Dynasty is a true winner, each and every time! Don’t hesitate, just do it! This comes from a guy with a blue crab tattoo on his thigh.

Making me feel at home in LA
I live in Los Angeles but I am originally from metro- DC and grew up eating crabs .. I was missing blue crabs but was afraid to order them because I thought they’d be cost prohibitive. A few years ago, my cousin told me about Crab Dynasty & I gave it a shot- WOW ! The crabs were large, delicious, seasoned perfectly, ON TIME , and reasonably priced ( I feel like I am paying the same as locals & just adding shipping ) . Since then, I have ordered crabs from them about 6 times and it has been the same wonderful experience every time . One time, I had a small issue with an order ( I can’t remember what it was) but I contacted customer service & they took care of me immediately .. I have dealt with their customer service a few times over the years since ( help with ordering, discounts, changes, etc ) and they have been amazing every time .

Crabs were absolutely delicious
Crabs were absolutely delicious. The price point was great & our order qualified for free delivery too. They arrived well packed. Fresh & meaty/ heavy crabs & well seasoned . We enjoyed them so very much. Would definitely order from them again. Love- love- love the crabs 🦀

Great Products and Service
I called them twice over the phone to make an order. With no one picking up, I made the order online. The website wasn't tricky to navigate and got to checkout in a reasonable amount of time. On delivery day, the Styrofoam container gave out was crushed on the edges. Around 2/3 of the crabs didn't show any signs of life and for safety reasons, we had discard them. We contacted the company of this immediately. They responded promptly with efforts to rectified the situation and offered to reship the order. I'm so excited to order from them and refer them to friends and family in the future with this experience in mind.

Upon reading many reviews of many steamed crab shippers, I found that Crab Dynasty was my best option. In CT, everyone grows up on lobster, easy to eat. I grew up in Baltimore. Moved at age 13 to CT. Now, 58, first time ordering for ship. On a scale of 1-10, I give Crab Dynasty a 15!!!!

It would have been a five star
It would have been a five star, but the delivery service was not that good. My box and cooler of crabs was just about destroyed, it was thrown around so much the cooler in side the box was busted up and leaking and there were crabs that were broken so bad they could not be eaten.

Great company and great service
They shipped the crabs that I was going to have a my 75th birthday. When ups delivered them two days later. The box was leaking and dripping. When I opened the box the cooler that they sent the crabs in was busted on three of the corners from top to bottom and the crabs were warm. I emailed them with pictures of the box and cooler. Long story short, they apologize and refunded my money. They offered to resend the order but I would not arrive in time. They stand behind their word and product.
