I ordered replacement CPAP cushion and headgear. About a week after I placed my order I received a notice that it had been filled. It arrived that same day or the next day. Both of the accessory parts were exactly what I ordered.

I got a couple of emails indicating that my shipment had been delivered. It hadn't. I believe that it had been delivered to the POST OFFICE! I wasted time searching for it, asking neighbour's etc. Accurate notifications would be more useful.
