Ordering was easy. There was a record of previous purchases so I knew exactly which mask I required. The mask was back ordered but I was informed of that and received it in a little over a week.

This time I had to review the various ResMed mask accessories. Where there were duplicate item numbers for the same items. Sales are final so ordering the correct items is a must
