I placed an order for a package deal…
I placed an order for a package deal listed as “in stock” a week ago and it has still yet to be shipped .. the original receipt I received was actually an invoice with their banking details on it requesting payment for the items I just paid for !! Emailed them 4 days ago and have yet to receive a response .. I contacted them on their live chat and was told, 4 days ago, we will ship your items tomorrow … they are not going to get any more of my money or business.

1300 number is no help at all
1300 number is no help at all. I call and listen to options. Press number 2 and then it gets hung up on your end. Frustrating. I have emailed and sometimes I get no reply. Online chat service is ok but I like to speak to someone. Especially when it's important about machine settings and when your having trouble.

I placed and paid for an order on 02/09/2026. When the order had not arrived by 05/10/2026 I contacted CPAP Online. I could not talk to anyone directly due to your system requirements so my contact was by email. Within 2 days I received email notification that my order had been picked and dispatched as per your normal process (as if the order had just been placed) and it arrived in due course BUT NO-ONE CONTACTED ME IN ANY FORM TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO MY ORIGINAL ORDER (forgotten, lost in the system, what ????) AND ONE MIGHT WONDER WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED HAD I NOT CONTACTED YOU LOOKING FOR MY GOODS?? Not good enough, p.p. customer service and my last order with your company. Good Bye.

Delay in getting stock
The order process was good, however dispatch was supposed to be within 3 or 4 days and after 16 days I was worried. It would have been good if I was contacted and informed of the delay in getting stock. Otherwise delivery and everything was good.
