Great fast service from CP Lighting
Great fast service from CP Lighting. They had the specialist UV lamp I needed and it arrived within a couple of days. Bit expensive but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't imagine they sell many of the lamps I needed. Cannot fault them.

Delay in initial delivery, but all good in the end.
I think my order may have been over looked for dispatch. I emailed the company after 7 days enquiring where my order was. After this, everything was very quick, my order was dispatched and delivered within 2 days.

V poor customer service
v complicated return process messaged customer service no response and ultimately gave up £10 ‘processing charge’ with customer paying return postage is also a scam. Never using this website again

Two things, firstly I have checked our email system and I cannot find any emails from you or from your email address; nor is there a message from you via our support system. If you have a case number and used a different email address please let me know.
Secondly you have 14 days to return goods for a full refund including the outgoing postage charge. The law says that you have to pay the return postage. This is very clearly stated and it is not complicated.
Beyond 14 days we are not obliged to take any goods back but if we agree to do so there is a handling charge. This is normal with any wholesale business.

You did wery well
You did wery well, but sending Fedex express service to Norway is a big mess. I don’t get express service as I have paid for. I still haven’t received the package after 10 days. Fedex use 3.party to deliver in Norway. They will not leave the pakkage at door if I am not home. And it is wery difficult to contact them.
